I got a Bluetooth FM transmitter with the intent on replacing the stock AM/FM head unit later on.

It's been a few months and I haven't replaced the head unit. The FM transmitter works for me. I really don't use it for much except playing podcasts while I drive, so I really don't need much more.

If I listened to more music while I drove I would definitely upgrade the head unit. But the FM transmitter works for my needs, so I'll stick with that. This is the one I got. Price is right and it works well.

If you have basic tools this entire repair can be had for as little as $250. You would pull out the shocks and springs then install the springs first then the shocks.

You can do a lot of diagnostic stuff with Forscan but you can also connect that OBD2 reader to an Android phone if you have one and run apps like Torque.

I replaced my air compressor to get rid of the sound. This is the one I bought but there are others. It started as being loud.. and progressed to super fucking loud and the airbags in the rear were not inflating. It's super quiet now.

Just get a drop in filter. It will improve airflow and save you money on filters in the long run. You will need a 33–2272 filter

There are a lot of variations on this page and in general when looking... I'm happy with the quality of it and the buy once, cry once mantra applies.

I bought This a couple months back and its been working great for me, incredibly snug fit and hasn't started coming loose. Some of the stitching has come off but that's because I pick at things on occasion (reason I got one in the first place).

OP did you get a new seal or reuse the one that was there?

That one WILL work, but I always recommend going with OEM parts.

There is the Motorcraft one, get that one. While there are differences between the P71 and the LX's and Sports, they all take the same belt, since they use the same engine.

www.rockauto.com has all the correct part numbers for all parts. You can go there and see that Goodyear belt is listed, I just prefer OEM.

Those appear to be NMO mounts from the photo. Very standard. Amazon has lots of caps for NMO mounts for just a few bucks, or you could also just get some antennas to put on them. Alternatively, Amazon also sells NMO rubber gaskets which will seal them so they don't leak anymore.

This jump pack has jumped my car in 15 degree weather a few times, plus the convenience of having an air compressor to fill up tires, alternator tester, two USB ports and a LED light all come in handy. Keep some jumper cables in your trunk as well, just in case you haven't charged your jump pack in a while/battery is super dead.
