Had a similar issue to you and used this book to administer my own CBT. I already knew what my issues are (partially from therapy) so ymmv, but it can definitely help.

Look no further than this scale! It's one of the cheapest 0.001 scales you will come across, but that certainly doesn't reflect in its quality. Have had mine for ages and it works an absolute treat. It's the only one I ever see people recommend.

Ok, seeing as you're receptive, if he's complaining about flavour it's one of 2 things. Your hash is too harsh (which you can't do shit about) or your flavour is too weak. When stuff is cold it has a lower taste profile... But of course, to resolve this, it will 'munch' into your profits (edit: and affect your gelatine due to the acidity).
I think I could manage 14g's, just. If it tastes nice. But if I'm eating an edible it's to get high, not to get full. That comes after ;-)

They just need recalibrating very easy to do. I've got them exact scales mate and I had to buy a calibration weight to calibrate them before I could even use them. Worth doing though as you know they are bang on plus you can recalibrate whenever needed. This is the one I bought:

I have these scales, but I don't generally measure out k or c when I have it. But I have a rough idea of the weight of my lines cause I've measured it in the past (so have a 'reference' in my head if that makes sense). Only really works for the first line of k, gets progressively harder to see how big my lines are after that haha

This bad boy has always done the job for me. I've used it to weigh small amounts of MDMA and Ketamine (50-150mg) and it's worked a treat. I'm pretty sure this is the go-to scale for every fucker ever haha.
