Hey I had this exact problem. You should try to rest your arm for several days until the pain goes away. Continuing to play will only exacerbate the issue.
I ended up getting a trackball mouse. It uses a different set of muscles and it has caused the pain in my arm to decrease to almost zero. However too much use of any muscle group can cause issues so I swap back to my old mouse every few days.
