I have two 24 inch 1080p 144hz monitors. I like 1080p because it's easier for the 1070 to hit 144fps in almost all games I play. Witcher 3 is probably the most demanding game I play and I get anywhere from 70-100+ fps with ultra settings. The 1070 is perfect for 1080p144fps, but if the extra fps doesn't really matter to you, it's pretty good for 1440p60fps too.
If you have not read this book, do yourself a favor and pick it up. I got the ebook for free through my library. It will give you a whole new appreciation for what went into bringing him, and the rest of the Russian 5, to the U.S. and will also give you a new appreciation for him. It explains how he got here and why he left.

I think the best book I've read on the subject is what I cribbed my ' ' from there, Why Nations Go To War. The case studies are quite good.

As for a history on the Red Wings vs Avalanche rivalry of the late 90s/early 2000's I read this book and found it very entertaining and gave me insight into a lot of "behind the scenes" sort of things you don't usually hear about.
I got that book too for xmas I love it so far. I want to get these too
