Foot controls for 2 skills? This is more than brilliant actually!

Frees up your hand for more buttons to control! This is inspired by driving controls!

Link it up to Logitec Foot Pedals and buttons!

I have a CM Storm Quickfire mechanical keyboard and I've never had any issues with simulataneous keystrokes.

From the specs:
> NKRO through USB for unlimited simultaneous keystrokes

I recommend everyone who spends a lot of time at a computer to get a mechanical keyboard -- they're just awesome. It's easier on your fingers and you can type faster because the keys are spring loaded. It's one of the best upgrades I've made to my PC and I can't stand keyboards with membrane switches anymore.

I have the box set. There's an old video, somewhere, of me playing it online with someone. I got it when I was like 13, and it was my first real experience playing D&D. It was my gateway drug into D&D. I really enjoyed it and couldn't be happier that I got it all those years ago. Is it worth it for you? I don't know - I don't know you, what you like, or your experiences with tabletop RPGs, but for me, it was awesome. This is exactly what I have.

Go find a PlayStation 1 emulator and get the ROM for it. Been doing that for years. Plug in a PS4 controller with an OTG cable and something like this to hold your phone while you hold the controller and you're good to go.

What I would like is them to release the D1 PSX digitally in the PSN tore, but it looks like that was published by EA at the time, so they likely own the distribution rights to it so it would have to be some odd agreement for them to release it digitally. Then I could just play it natively on my Vita and Vita TV.

You can run D3 on any laptop that has Intel HD 3000, as shown here. In other words, if you have a Macbook Air, or any Ultrabook, you can run D3 without any problem.

EDIT: This Asus 12" has a better GPU than the Intel HD 3000 and is pretty cheap as well. If you want to go higher end, since the requirements of D3 are so low, I personally would go for a Thinkpad, like the X220 since I'm a Thinkpad kind of guy. If you prefer to go Apple, the lowest end Macbook Air would serve your purposes well.

I personally have this - http://www.amazon.com/NETGEAR-RangeMax-WNDA3100-Wireless-N-Adapter/dp/B001498LIO/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1347892981&sr=8-1&keywords=wnda3100

However, it is a few years old now and i'd recommend getting a newer netgear model (there actually is a wnda3100v2 now as well). Basically though, go to a store that has a 30 day or w/e return policy and test one out. If you still are having an issue, try a different one. It took two or three wireless adapters before i was able to find one that worked well.

Here are a few more newer ones with good reviews:

Another test you can do is open the command prompt (start > run > type in cmd. Then ping your router, type in "ping 192.168.1.1 -t" (or whatever your router IP is. Watch each ping and see if there are any big spikes (anything greater than 15 ms or so).

>Best Amazon review of a product ever

Yo BallsDeepSW, I'm really happy for you, I'mma let you finish- but Three Wolf Moon has some of the best reviews of all time!

u/doggexbay · 9 pointsr/Diablo

It's a classic for a reason. You won't be able to play it at HD resolution, and as a word of warning the graphics—particularly in the early game—were slammed for being kinda outdated on release. In 2000. But it's a classic for a reason.

That said, it's a twenty-year old game. It looks and feels like a twenty-year old game. There are possibly better options for you if you just want a dungeon crawler that a lower-end machine can handle. And if you want an RPG and not specifically an ARPG, there are more options still. Planescape: Torment and the Baldur's Gate games hold up incredibly well, but they both lack D2's, I dunno, zip. D2 gets right to the point.

If you care to share your specs you can probably get some specific recommendations. I'll add that if you do go with D2, do yourself a favor and invest in a cheap gaming mouse. The Diablo games are point and click, and playing with a laptop trackpad will start to feel painful fast.

Awesome. I tried the Naga Hex v2 and it was just a little too small (and awkward with how I had to hold my hand to utilize the thumb buttons).

I have this right now: https://www.amazon.com/Razer-Deathadder-Infrared-Gaming-Mouse/dp/B002Q4U5DK

So it looks like the length should match up. I will have to give the Roccat a try.

I use the one port but the two port version might be better for you. You could also go with a higher model that supports up to 1200Mbps if needed, but for most applications the linked model should work fine.

My favorite mouse I ever owned was a Razer Abysus. Simple, light weight, and awesome. Used in SC2 as well.

Check out the Logitech G9X too, this is what I have. Its an excellent mouse and when I purchased it, it had the best reviews from what I saw.

Not sure if this is in your budget but the software that comes with the Roccat Nyth lets you change setups on the fly or with a couple clicks in the manager. It also lets you customize all the button functions. There's a paddle just behind the wheel that lets you double the amount of buttons you can customize, like a shift key.

I used some Sugru to change the tops of the thumb buttons for a tactile button recognition and used two of the blanks together to have a thumb home location.

>...a pair of headphones that is accurate enough to be used as a reference point for the music that it plays. In studio, headphones are one tool that can be used to determine if a track is mixed right, and you want to use reference grade equipment to ensure that everything is right. Often, real studio designed/reference grade headphones are actually less preferred for listening to music, even though some of us tend to prefer that balanced sound. In that context, studio headphones are often contrasted with "hi-fi" headphones, which aren't designed to be precise and accurate so much as they are designed to make music sound really pleasant to the ears.

They can be pretty expensive.

I live in the US. I generally have good luck with stuff coming from China [surprisingly].

I checked the country exclusions for shipping, and the USA isnt listed.

I also found this: http://www.amazon.com/22x34-Diablo-Video-Poster-Print/dp/B005Q9ZPVO

We can only hope they give us the Tyreal poster as well....blizzard fucks you...I went to buy the Diablo poster, and saw they charge an extra $10 for shipping. $25 is too much for that poster in my opinion....but $15 on amazon I'll do ;)

I use this little guy on my Macbook Pro and it works pretty well. It at least lets some of the heat diffuse better.

u/Henrage · 3 pointsr/Diablo

I use the Logitech G13 and it's wonderful. Much more relaxed than a normal Keyboard.

u/firepool · 3 pointsr/Diablo

For the price, I'd recommend considering the Razer Naga. I've had this mouse for awhile now, and absolutely love it for D3.

u/wormfist · 1 pointr/Diablo

Guessing it's this (also at Amazon).
