That's not even unusual - those are a variant of the 939 Ben Boots, probably from quite a few years ago (they look similar to my pair from 2006). There's pretty much no such thing as fake Dr Martens.
This is a great model, and I hope you enjoy wearing them.

Yellow is a strong contrast to the oxblood color. I'd suggest these in the right length. Look good and pop just the right amount.

Two tips, which may help:
Amazon. They have over 25 colors. I have 8 different ones, rally like them a lot. Theses are the 75cm, they work well for the 3 eye. I also have the 142cm for my 1460s

So I have more pairs than I will admit to. Ive had them shred the back of my foot (especially here) and my toe like in your diagram. Shoes are easier to break in than boots. i would get Dr Marten socks. they have extra padding in the areas you circle and after a week or 2 they will be broken in.
