I shot a couple of subcompacts and didn't like how snappy they were. Most of the guns I tried out were full size until I was shown the 48. It just fits in my hands really well while still being easily concealable. I think the 48 is right in the sweet spot.

I like it, I only have a few keys in it now. It doesn't work with plastic head car keys, but I just use the key fob with a small S clip to hold my car key and remote. I'm about to try and add a seat belt cutter to it as well

I bought this one for a temporary holster, and ended up liking it. It's from blackhawk of all places, decent quality for the price, made of leather but has a quick draw due to the elastic.
