Ooooh I love Quest Bars! I really enjoy the S'mores flavor, mint chocolate chip, and pumpkin pie (: The pumpkin pie one is a little higher in calories so I'd use that as more of a treat. I also recently have tried the Kirkland Protein Bar which is like Costco's version of a Quest bar. They taste pretty good and are a little cheaper if you wanna save some $$$ lol
Creature Cups is the brand, I bought it on Amazon. I was looking for a Halloween mug and loved this. It's 11oz according to the description but that's 7.7floz tea in the picture. They have all sorts of creatures, not just creepy things, lions and hedgehogs and all that. Today I found a matching spider bowl and cup I'll be saving up for.

I don't love the orange monsters as much as I love diet Coke, but they have grown on me. Honestly they taste like sunny delight, so it kinda goes with the whole lunchable throwback thing anyway
Getting a pill organizer with travel pods, like this (I have this one in blue), has been a lifesaver for remembering to take my vitamins. I just pop a pod out in the morning and carry it around with me until I take it haha. The pods are huge and can easily fit all the vitamins you have!

PB powder is a life saver. Keep in mind most of them do have added sugar so if you want a totally sugar free one, there are some on the market as well.

This is like 35 cals and works out to $1 per packet. I buy it at the corner store here in brooklyn. It's delicious and weighs almost nothing so I take it to work for lunch because 1) it looks like I'm eating lunch, and 2) it is so light I don't mind taking it with me, even though I hate carrying heavy things. It's got crazy high sodium content (29% DV) though but sometimes that's good for people who undereat, in my uneducated opinion.

roughly 3/4 cups of riced cauliflower (20)
1 soft boiled egg (70)
green onion& pickled ginger (~10)
1 can of red pepper tuna (195)
I just dry pan fried the cauliflower in a nonstick, added the tuna when the cauliflower was browned. Topped with a soft boiled egg. Green onion, and pickled ginger to taste.
Also I would add kimchi for an extra 35cals but it wouldn’t have pictured very well.
