Option 1
Carlson Laboratories makes Fish Oil that is really good quality but not in capsule form. It's liquid that has lemon or orange essence added so you just don't taste the fishy smell. I take Carlson Labs Cod Liver Oil every-ish day and it is the most painless thing ever..not yucky at all.
I get mine from Amazon, it's prime and I read in the comments that the price is cheaper than Whole Foods so great deal. Cod liver oil has higher or equal concentration of Omega-3's, EPA and DHA than regular fish oil but also contains Vitamin-D which fish oil doesn't (unless the brand you are getting does -- read those labels!). I like the liquid because I can take an extra spoonful in the Winter where vitamin-D is scare and I need the extra omega etc.
Option 2
Sweet sunnah (NY based) sells halal fish-oil. If you're over on their site, pick up some black seed oil. The quality is really great (cold pressed black seed oil is the best).
