Shipping time is 2 days to the US in my experience (I’m on the east coast, so provided you’re not in Puerto Rico or Hawaii, you can expect the same or less) - Keyclack has some good cables from what I’ve heard !but I haven’t tried them. I got a cheap Coiled TRRS cable off Amazon and it’s worked great for me, the mini USB cable provided is just fine unless you want a braided one.
I put o rings on mine. I got these, which fit well and do reduce the sound some. Not a whole lot, but it helps. They're pretty cheap, and that pack has almost enough for 2 whole keyboards.

The arms come with a metal base, you can see it at:

it says: "the removable VESA plate can be taken off for easy installation".
That metal plate slides in and out of the arms, I put one side of the velcro on it, the other side directly to the Ergodox. Basically I attached the Ergodox to the metal plate who I then slid into the arm mount.
I just added a third arm for my trackball, here I took a photo of the underside of the trackball. Hopefully that clears it up for you:

A Syntech USB 3.0 to USB-C. It's managed to work without killing things before.
