Hello! a long time FPS player here (CS and CoD for like 8 years) so I hope I can help you when it comes to handling your mouse.

In my opinion you should get a huge mousepad which also has a little bit friction to it (so it allows for more control). Check this one out:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/SteelSeries-Gaming-Rubber-Optical-Compatible/dp/B000UVRU6G

  • It's high quality, so if you wash it with regular shampoo once a year it can easily serve you for 5 years.

  • Set up a low sensitivity (remember that you have a huge mousepad so try to use like 85% of it's size) in Windows and use the mouse more from you arm and not your wrist. It's also healthier this way as it reduces the chance of developing RSI and Carpal tunnel syndrome in your hand.

    Turn off Enchance pointer precision

  • Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Mouse > Click on the Pointer Options tab > untick Enchance pointer precision

  • Enchance pointer precision basically means mouse acceleration with fancy words. If it's enabled the faster you move the mouse the further your cursor goes on the screen. This can make very small, but fast movements look very big movements on your screen. So this can make your ET look even more shaky.

Change the polling rate of your mouse!

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DtY_3sAJJnE

  • Set it to 125Hz, which means that it's going to update the position of the mouse 125 times a secundum. You won't really notice any difference in Windows and it's benefical for you, because the lower refresh rate filters out a little bit of the shaking. (you can set it to lower as well, bit it might feel pretty weird.)

    Change your resolution

  • If your monitor is native 1080p set it to like 1280x720. Everything will be bigger (therefore easier to click on), but your mouse sensitivity will feel faster, so you have to lower that too.

    Get mousefeet with more friction!

  • Check out Tiger Gaming Zowie FK1 Mouse Feet (2015 Edition) Carbon on Ebay. These are pretty big and the Carbon (Silver) 0.45mm one has a ton of friction. Don't forget to check it if the dimensions of the feet match with your current mouse.

    Play Osu!

    https://osu.ppy.sh/

  • It can improve your control over the mouse as it relys on hand and eye coordination.

  • A few easy beatmaps: https://www.reddit.com/r/osugame/comments/3j2qw6/what_are_some_easy_beatmaps_for_an_absolute/

    Adjust your posture!

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bLBKUbnLYTs

  • I've noticed that if I have my hand in a wrong angle or the height of my table is too high my ET gets worse.

Stretch your hand (be gentle though)

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uPO-zST-7EE

  • these stretches relax my hand a little bit, but it's a short term solution

Use palm grip and have your hand and forearm in a relaxed position on the mousepad.

  • Your wrist should lay on the mousepad as well

Deep and slow breathing while listening to quiet yoga music can also help to lower your anxiety a little bit.

There are some good tips on computer settings in this thread, but also I would strongly, strongly recommend the keto diet. Keeping carbs below net 50g per day for a solid two weeks will have a dramatic effect on your game. I have had ET since I was 12, I play Overwatch a lot and I try to do keto for about 2 weeks every 6 weeks or so, the more I do it the better things get over time. I got a ketosis blood glucose meter and when measuring in the late afternoon my ketone levels got up to around 3.0 which is where they need to be by the end of the first week. MCT oil on top of this also helped. Granted yes, the keto diet sucks balls, but when you get the reward of higher cognition and less tremor and see your game dramatically improve, it's worth it. Plus you really don't need to do it for longer than a couple weeks to a month. Honestly I can't get past 2 weeks so far but it's still got lasting effects.

Good for you! Many things call for creativity with ET being one of them. (I also tend to mix soups together from cans or when at a soup bar, and used to drive my son crazy when visiting his dorm cafeteria by mixing together various dishes and single ingredients to make fairly different ones...lol).

And yeah, there's a big difference between brands of all the decaf drinks.

I always disliked the decaf coffee served in most places, but I had drunk good decaf at night when I didn't want caffeine in one restaurant we used to go to and in one other place at one point, so I knew it could be done.
Part of the diff is the particular species/variety/cultivar of coffee plant being used or the blend a company has created, part is the method of decaffeination and roasting/etc, and part is how it's brewed at home (water temp, water ratio, etc), but there are probably more variables as well. I usually add 1/2 & 1/2 to my coffee too, often froth the top, and sometimes even flavor it but usually not--fun to play around with though. I've also found that for coffees I'd eventually prefer, I'd grown to like them more and more after the very beginning.

If you're not doing low carb, and/or can tolerate any of the alternative sweeteners or are just okay with consuming carbs/sugar/honey/etc, other drinks can be good too with some kind of added sweetener usually.
Some possibilities are homemade chai made with decaf black tea, all kinds of flavored green teas (plus regular jasmine tea is the only tea I can drink without sweetener), hot cider (with or without added cinnamon, etc), hot lemonade, and cold flavored carbonated water (seltzer, sparkling or fizzy water--not club soda or tonic water) in moderation (I used to make flavored ones at home by adding something like a bit of oj or other fruit concentrate into a glass of seltzer; soft drinks are just carbonated water + flavoring + sweetener).
I also like to drink hot chicken broth (add salt), but more often a hot miso drink (miso paste + bit of granulated hondashi/dashi + a small piece of kombu/dried kelp; I buy the last 2 ingredients at Safeway but white miso paste from Amazon tho may also try the stronger red miso: https://www.amazon.com/Hikari-Organic-Miso-Paste-White/dp/B00IBNZAEE ...all of those have very long shelf life so can just keep around for anytime). The broth and miso drink are also low carb, and many people have reported improvements in various diseases/conditions with a low carb diet, including ET.

Induction charging as the other user said,
Or these little mag-safe cables.

The little end pieces may require someone else to remove or even place, but once they're in you only need the cord near the base and it will connect itself.
A good bonus is if you accidentally kick or knock the cord it won't pull your phone or tablet off the table (most of the time.)

So an update on this. I've been taking up to 4 tablespoons of this MCT oil: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KPZXER6/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I was taking it along with magnesium, collagen, and red reishi mushroom. I think it did have a helpful effect on my tremor, but it's hard to say because I haven't figured out a way to easily measure head tremor except for looking in the mirror. It's possible that it's not as effective for head tremor as it is for the hands. I wonder if the effect on the tremor is just because of the effect a keto diet has. So maybe someone who is not on a keto diet already can try this one out.
