So send them cold wraps for the LCFC players' feet? I'm thinking something like this.
Could include a note saying, "These are for your players courtesy of the FCC fans. They should help to keep their feet from burning while playing on an artificial surface. Oh, and since all artificial turf is bound to get warmer than grass, feel free to use them during your own home games as well."
We've brought our son (then two, now five) with us to matches. It's perfectly safe.
I will say that we use kids ear protection to reduce the crowd noise which scares him a bit when goals are scored. Here is an example for $12
