Kingsglaive movie (To understand what happened in Insomnia just after you left. You will learn what happened very early in the game but it will be without any context how it happened)
https://www.amazon.com/Kingsglaive-Final-Fantasy-Aaron-Paul/dp/B01GOREHXI

Brotherhood anime (To learn the story behind the characters):
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fsVhwsUFaDE&list=PLbhHt7tfNMCAhpjJlSh3Rm7KSdcmuzM4m

I would recommend watching the anime and movie before starting to play because it helps to understand better what happened. But you can also play without watching it.

There are no spoilers in the anime and only minor spoilers in the movie that will come out in the game anyway. If you want to go spoiler free. Very early in the story Ignis will deliver a newspaper with some news, thats the point where you could watch the movie.

Edit: If you want the perfect experience then:

  1. Watch the anime series
  2. Start the game
  3. Ignis delivers some newspapers with some news -> Watch the Kingsglaive movie
  4. Continue game

If you have the time and want to get the best experience story-wise, I'd suggest watching the Brotherhood videos and Kingsglaive. Brotherhood is available on Youtube for free and you can get a blu-ray of Kingsglaive for pretty cheap, so it's worth it. It's about three hours of extra content. You don't have to watch either to play the game, though. It's mostly about fleshing out the characters more and some of the back story. You can still enjoy the game without it.

As far as the game itself, my advice is to enjoy the open world. Some of the funnest parts are exploring the map and doing dungeons and other random quests.

6 left as of me commenting :) I hope I sold em a few just by mentioning it, it's marvelous music and I think it's showing a great consistency in their later FF multimedia experience and they genuinely view the franchise in the strongest possible light.

I've only played a few of the previous FF games and I never finished any of them. That being said, I am totally hooked on this one and I'm loving it. I really think its a great starting point if you've never played one before.

Couple of things:

  1. If you do get the game, I highly suggest watching the "Kingsglaive" movie from Amazon/iTunes before playing. It really sets up the story and helps you understand what is going on.

  2. The game is on sale at Amazon today only! https://www.amazon.com/Final-Fantasy-XV-PlayStation-4/dp/B00DBF829C/?th=1

I just picked up a nice Samsung 4k for $436 and per-ordered the ps4 pro. Pretty good deal on a 40 inch hdr 4k. I will mount it with the Freedom Arm HD and it will just float above my pc monitor.

I would highly recommend buying a copy of The Food Lab as it has essentially every style of cooking and some amazing tips on how to make it Ignis-grade delicious

u/phuongtm1998 · 5 pointsr/FFXV

I got it here https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/4636945603/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 from a vendor called Happiness. He's nice enough to free ship through EMS and I got mine in just 5 days (Saturday and Sunday included)

Amazon has a special steel case edition that includes brotherhood as well as a special 6th episode featuring Luna

Amazon has a few options, but this one is the most reasonably priced one: https://www.amazon.com/Authentic-Japanese-Black-Coffee-Unsweetened/dp/B013SMMGTO/ref=sr_1_2_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1488301561&sr=8-2&keywords=canned+coffee+japanese
Or if you are crazy like I am, you can order from Amazon Japan, have it shipped to an intermediary and then shipped to you. Expensive, but you get what you want. :)

I got the steel book deluxe edition of ffxv game. It came with kingsglaive. Brotherhood can be watched on youtube for free. As far as kingsglaive, Amazon had a good sale on it +brotherhood and extras on Blu ray

I attempted to answer this question in another thread recently and found this post.

Here are my suggestions;

Not a Rangefinder (No window to look through in image.)
Based on what I am seeing, getting any silver body with a vented hood is your closest match visually.

Based on where the eye piece is and the way he holds the camera I'd vote, one of the following;

Professional;

For DSLR; (more photos for charge)

  • Nikon Df

    Mirrorless; (smaller, but less photos)

  • Olympus Stylus 1 or OM-D

  • Fuji X-T2

    Best Bang for Buck;

  • Panasonic Lumix

    I'd say the lens is a 35mm

Another thing to keep in mind with KH: the best way to get into the series is The Story So Far, which includes HD remasters of everything up to KHIII and costs ~$34 on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Kingdom-Hearts-Story-So-Far-PlayStation/dp/B07J2KVXY3/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?keywords=kingdom+hearts+the+story+so+far&qid=1562252292&s=gateway&sprefix=kingdom&sr=8-1). It's PS4 exclusive, though.

I sent them an email regarding the recent order. When the site asked what the problem was, I chose something along the lines of "Item was missing something", then "Accesories," I believe.

This is what I said in the email:

Hello,

I preordered Final Fantasy XV from you recently.

According to this page (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N55T8IH), because I preordered, I was supposed to get a code for the Gold Chocobo Regalia.

I never got my code. Can you please send me a code?

Thank you!

Good luck!

It's a lamp :) They also have a cute moogle one

u/zefhar · 3 pointsr/FFXV

Same here!

I always liked better my FFVII OST with the alternative album cover art of an Amano's illustration of Cloud and Aeris than the internationally known Midgar dark background cover art.

Thanks OP. I didn't get the shark book, got this instead... https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/0439738199/ref=ya_aw_od_pi?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Hope I didn't break the meta.

At the rate I buy add on stuff to my regular copy of FFXV. It'll soon turn into a collectors edition just bought in separate pieces.

u/Norfaire · 2 pointsr/FFXV

I didn't even know this existed. I need this in my life.

Is this the one you ordered? If not, please PM me the link. I'd love to pick this up one day.

u/Haarenfang · 1 pointr/FFXV

Perhaps https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01DJPA9YE/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1477958750&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=FFxV+deluxe&dpPl=1&dpID=51wBUiOHPPL&ref=plSrch unless amazon won't deliver, this was labeled as the nz amazon site.

I mean if you really want the side game standard day one edition should come with it from eb games. The premium comes with the season pass at full price so I don't personally consider it worth it.

u/ShirasagiS · 7 pointsr/FFXV

uh, it's only 10 bucks on amazon.
https://www.amazon.com/Kingsglaive-Final-Fantasy-XV-Blu-ray/dp/B01H2ITW2Y/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1502750987&sr=8-1&keywords=kingsglaive

it's definitely cheap enough that I think most people can afford it?

alternatively, googlefu

u/dasistverboten · 18 pointsr/FFXV

Dear god, nobody show Ignis this

u/EliParker · 0 pointsr/FFXV

It's really a hit or miss, and Yen Press takes forever to release translated novels/manga. So after the waiting period it goes back to my first point.

Here is the review from their latest FF7 novel translation - https://www.amazon.com/Final-Fantasy-VII-Way-Smile/dp/1975382358#customerReviews - The one by Rosey G has been found to be the most helpful.

u/chillman88 · 2 pointsr/FFXV

Amazon in the US. If you pre-order they offer you 20% off the ticket price, which is $47.99. (I don't know if this discount is offered by Amazon in other countries).

Not sure if you meant about the Kingsglaive or OP’s pic, but this is the the one I meant.
