Those seem to be the most common, and yeah, they work damn fine.

I really want a Spiral Slicer because I really want to make home made Twister Dogs. I have never had one but damn that looks so unhealthy it is awesome. Not to mention home made curly fries. I recently bought a Logitech M305 for my netbook (running Ubuntu 9.10) - love it, works first time.
It seems that Logitech have the netbook/notebook/laptop mouse market sewn up nicely.

It looks like the modern take on a cocoon coat that's popular now. I couldn't find the exact garment, but you can see similar garments here and also here. I found them by searching for "grey wool cocoon coat".

Dried onion I'd just buy. You can get it as powder or as flake depending on the texture you are after.

As you guess you can just combine and stir up when everything is dry. For something like this powder you could probably just put it in a shaker to use as needed. I don't have one of those either. I've ever only had to remove capacitors, so I was able to alternate between the two legs and wiggle them out. With five prongs though, the de-soldering pump would probably be pretty helpful. They seem cheap and easy enough to use though.
