You may have more luck with this: https://github.com/tomaspinho/rtl8821ce

I've used it under Ubuntu, and online people have reported it works under Fedora as well, despite not being supported.

If it's at all possible, I would honestly reccomend just replacing the wireless card with one by a vendor that actually supports Linux properly. Intel is personally my preferred brand due to good experiences, you can get a replacement card for $14 on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Intel-Wireless-Ac-9260-2230-Gigabit/dp/B079QH5KW1/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?keywords=intel+9260&qid=1550993117

Works perfectly out of the box, drivers are included in the kernel. Pricy though, 25$+10$ of shipping. I can confirm out of the box support with gentoo, Debian, arch, and Ubuntu

Also works with the right drivers, I can confirm it works out of the box on arch, Debian and Ubuntu. A lot cheaper. 13$$

Both of these get 50Mbps down, I don’t know what kinda internet your playing with but these two work well.

This site works pretty well. Figure out the chipset of the device your looking at and look it up.

I purchased this Panda wifi adapter several months ago. It works great with my Fedora 30 system (Dell Optiplex 3010).

I would highly recommend "UNIX and Linux System Administration Handbook"

I have ASUS USB-N13. It works out of the box on newer kernels (tried with 3.16 kernel on stable Debian - didn't work, with Fedora it works fine).
Got from local store for 10 EUR

Sorry I can't help you with that one, but I noticed this in the related products, might be worth a look.

I was using this adapter with Ubuntu, and it worked right out of the box. It should work with Fedora too, but I haven't tested it.
