I recommend just getting a binder (personally I use this one ) and getting side load sleeves like Poke Fits.

Top loading sleeves like the standard ultra pro are alright and typically a lot cheaper, but side loaders like the Poke Fits separate the back and front of the page and fit cards more snugly. They're a lot less likely to flip out of the page when you're flipping through your binder. It's basically like buying individual pages of those excellent hard-plastic specialty card binders but more versatile.

As for organization, I keep 1 card per sleeve and a playset on each row of the page. Then I keep the cards in numerical order based on their set number. So page 1 has 1-001 x3, 1-002 x3, 1-003 x3, etc. But I also like to collect foils so I like each card to be displayed individually. If you want to conserve space, you can combine a playset into 1 slot (so page 1 will have 1-001 - 1-009), but you'll wear your pages out more quickly.

The most important part of the organization is consistency. Anything can work so long as you stick to it with your whole collection. Thankfully the FFTCG cards are numbered in such a way where the elements are always together, so going by the card number is the easiest to me.

I use these boxes for bulk and tend not to order them quite as much. They're grouped by set and element, but when my husband or friends search through them, they tend to get mixed up so I dont bother worrying too much about keeping it OCD organized. It's just bulk after all.

Let me start off with, I love sleeving cards. I can watch tv or a movie and sleeve cards all day every day. I'm crazy so I open all sealed products with latex gloves, then cards go into a KMC perfect fit then I use this https://amzn.com/B00QK5AEBE to seal its soul. Then into an outer sleeve. Valuable cards go in binders and others into those white card boxes. I also throw one of these https://amzn.com/B001UYEBNW into the storage unit, deck box, binder, storage box. Hope this helps ya! =D

I don't have any FFTCG yet, but I have 2 of these cases on order for when my booster boxes come in. I am using the square one for my Star Realms and Hero Realms games currently and I love it.

If you buy one, I recommend putting some fabric pads in the corners on the bottom to avoid scratching any furniture. But that's the only real gripe I have with this case.

If you are a player and less of a collector, I have a binder where I put my sleeved (KMC or UltraPro) Foil or Ultra Rare cards since they wont be used and are just for "prestige".

From my Common-normalRares I have a big deckbox with one of those Drybags which will help protecting the cards from moist air.

Here is the Deckbox I use

I mean in the end - you paid money for the cards so why not protecting them from dust and moist air. If like you said I have cards that are common but very commonly used or very good Ill sleeve a playset (3) of them.

I use only 2 Colors, Green and Orange Sleeves, green are all cards I use for decks and for playing so I can quickly build or change a deck without needing to unsleeve and resleeve cards (I mean I have my deck + like 30 other possible deck support cards in those sleeves, no every card) and the orange ones are for cards which have a high value or are for selling or trading.

I just use a 4 or 3 ringed binder and use these

https://www.amazon.com/Ultra-Pro-Pocket-Page-Protectors/dp/B005HIOVOG/ref=sr_1_1?s=industrial&ie=UTF8&qid=1502458540&sr=1-1&keywords=trading+card+folder+inserts

I back to back cards, so you get essentially 6 different cards per insert. I also use the ultra pro soft sleeves when in folder.

I just have them in serial order. 1 folder for Opus 1, 1 folder for Opus 2 etc
