Hey,...I feel really bad...I completely forgot to take the picture by the time I had my set up complete! Forgive me!! Hopefully my description will make up for it.
My projector is attached to a projector stand. I bought this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06X9CBY6Y/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I got that one because it had the greatest degree of forward tilt (30 degrees) that I could find.
I place my projector on top of my kitchen counter then tilt my projector as forward as it can go to get the greatest down angle I can do. I extend my projector stand to as high as I can also. So you can visualize my projector is about 8 feet up pointing down towards my table.
I still couldn't get the exact angle I wanted, so I had to do two more things. I used a dremel tool to cut into the angle limiter so that I could increase the angle beyond 30 degrees. Then, I used wood shaped like a door stop to slide between my projector and projector stand to have an even greater forward tilt. This makes it look like it is about to fall of the projector stand (which it most definitely would) so I bought some harnesses and I tied down my projector to my projector stand.

Lastly, my table is a white board. On the white board I used black 1cm width tape and measured out a 1"x1" grid on the entire thing. You can see a picture of my table from one of my earlier posts: https://www.reddit.com/r/FlowScape/comments/ao6wfc/dd_with_flowscape_how_i_was_able_to_dm_last_night/

In this picture, you can also see that we use little minis for our characters...and my player's excess supplies of dice...Also, the projector is standing about 4 feet behind the guy with the HP laptop. Hope that helps. I will try** to grab a picture soon! Sorry for forgetting!!
