Not sure if the dashboard of the fiesta is like the Focus, but it took forever to find a dash mount that would actually stick to it. I eventually found this one and it works great. Not sure if it's what you're looking for, but I highly recommend it.

Here's one I looked up on Amazon real quickly for reference. All you have to do is run the wire to the reverse lights and connect it so that it is powered when the reverse lights go on. The connectors are so easy to work with now as well. No soldering or anything like that, just a couple of crimps on the connectors.
You can buy blanks for under $40, but you still have to have them programmed at a dealership.
EDIT: According to THIS SITE, you can program them yourself. You could test it on the one you have to see if it works. If it does, then buy a blank and you're good to go.
I bought THIS ONE and it works flawless. ACE Hardware cut the key for $5 and it took 30 seconds to program the fob and encode the key.
