I'm definitely gonna wait until I upgrade my VCR, do you have any experience with digitizing? I know there's specific equipment like this but are they drastically better than something like this?

As /u/eureka7 said, unfortunately Housei hasn't released a lot of original music, I think he has too much fun covering other's songs in karaoke contests etc. heh. I really wish they'd put out a Yamasaki Produce CD with the original draft songs he sung that the other guys used for rehearsals.

So as eureka7 found, he did compose a debut album for AiAi, here's the tracks:

  According to his Japanese Wikipedia, he also composed some songs for Ayumi Murata (村田あゆみ) back in 2007 (three weeks after being hospitalized for that intestinal problem mentioned in the Hospital batsu). They were to be used as insert songs on the radio show he was on at the time.

His name is 前島浩一 (Maejima Koichi), an actor (~32 sec). It's a bit difficult to include him now as Endo re-married and therefore ethically difficult to ask Chiaki to join gaki skits. It's a shame really. I loved his impersonation in the no laughing Hotel-man, which he didn't really act as shin-onii so I hope he will have a role in the future!

Chupacabra in Mexico (part 1, part 2).

According to a list of Denpa DVDs, I think this DVD has the Spain one maybe but can't confirm.

Sadly a lot of the Denpa series seems to never have been released on DVD. According to Japanese Wikipedia he also did a bunch of other stuff. When Housei is first shown for the Chupacabra video, they show clips of his past appearances. In order I think they are: Mafia (Italy), Tiger (Thailand), Bulls (Spain), playing dead to attract a condor vulture (Andes), Anaconda.

A bit of speculative context about this video from my old post on the Gaki forums:

>First they send him to wander outside a train station where drug dealers often are present. The only protection he has is a bulletproof vest and an alarm. He can't speak Italian so they don't really know what he's saying. One of them gets impatient and reaches for his bag, Housei notices there's a pistol in the bag and flees. Later they send him to a known hideout for the Mafia in Sicily with a hand-held camera and a placard saying something along the lines of "I want to be a man". A few of the men take him away by car, the staff follow behind but somehow lose track of him. Housei's camera is still recording though where the men are tormenting him with a Russian Roulette style game, pointing a gun point blank at him and then pulling the trigger. Thankfully it was all blank bullets, but you can tell Housei is absolutely terrified and shaking with fear. Really disturbing... Eventually the men say "You're now a man" and Housei tries to convey his gratefulness in English as they let him go. "Sankyuu" I assume is "Thank you" (don't think he had studied much English yet) whilst "Yay yay yay" is a catchphrase he often did back then in the 90s.
