This is my phone, and I tried to do my best to find the best phone at the best price. I've had it almost a year, and aside from having to being able to take any cheapo chargers, everything is working fine. I don't have any issues running any problems - unless they're already a mess. Works great with GV.
If you have any questions, just ask.
If you check https://voice.google.com/rates?p=fi it says it’s free for the United States as well as Canada so if you can buy an Obihai adapter on Amazon it should work

You're overcomplicating this.
Why not just pair the Bluetooth headset directly to the computer instead of your cell phone and use the computer to dial?
Or just get something like this?

Heck, even something like this should work.

Also, you can take a regular iPhone or Android headset, plug it into your computer's headphone jack, and make calls that way.

Does anyone know the cheapest device you can get to work with this service? This one is $50
I'm not 100% sure you need an actual device, but this worked with my T-Mobile SIM. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073XHY7YZ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
