You need four baba tins (savarin moulds) or small dariole moulds. They look like these. What I have is these, so I would be using these large donuts tray. Also other noteworthy ingredients

I’m American, but I love weighing ingredients. I have an Oxo brand digital scale and I also keep my flour and sugar in large Oxo containers.
I’m terrible with math, so I use the zero function on the scale before adding each ingredient. Easy!
