MH for veg and HPS for flowering. If you don’t mind buying two bulbs then make sure you get some universal bulbs. Here is some helpful information. Definitely shop around though. Also, if we’re being honest, HPS lights work fine for veg. It’s all about wattage and the previous comment took care of that. Make sure you get some adjustable hangars for your light enclosures since you have a 7 foot high ceiling, it will make things easier than having to elevate your plants and lowering them as they get bigger. Oh, and we have a similar setup (6 plants indoor) and so far my two 400w HPS setup is making these babies grow great.
*Edit: It’s cheaper to just buy universal bulbs than universal ballasts.
It most likely says 150w on the box, but the true draw won’t be close to that. I can tell by just looking at your plants, 150w of true light would never cause that sort of stretch.

Well, I wouldn't buy a tent kit/package. You could go with a 24"x24" tent like this one then buy your light and carbon filter/inline fan seperate.
iPower is a good inexpensive brand to start with for your fan/filter. A 4" fan is more than enough for that size.
As for your light a Quantum board leds are the most efficient lights out now but Cobs (chip on board) are great too.
Add a little clip fan for air circulation and you're all set!
That's some good looking flower I'd say they're close but the only way you're going to be able to tell when's the perfect time to harvest is by looking at the trichomes with a loupe. You can get one on amazon for ~$10.
I have this pocket microscope 60x is even almost too much because you get a very narrow view of the flower, I have to move it around a lot, but you can definitely clearly tell what stage the trichomes are at with it
I ran some tests with this light. They're great for veg, but are underwhelming for flower. You'll get results, but there's better options out there.

that will do what youre looking for. Make sure if you use that fertilizer that you ph your water after you use it because it will tank you PH down to about 4. If someone tells you you have to spend more than $400 to get started they are wrong. You do not need to spend that much. You can ... but you dont have to.
