You could pick up the trilogy. You won't need Prophecies, of course, but it's likely cheaper if you're looking at $20 per expansion. The trilogy is running $30 on amazon, but you could also probably find just digital keys for less.

Thing is you wanted to pay real money or Ingame money, depends how much you want to pay you can buy the Ce of Nightfall for the 2 pins.

For example, there is one stating two pins in a bag for 50 bucks.
But there is also one for 20 dollars, that says "Complete. Light wear." So I would just ask the seller whether the pins are included or not.
If you want to pay less than 20 bucks though (for booth pins) I am not sure whether you will find someone that will sell them that cheap.
