http://www.amazon.com/George-Foreman-GR10B-Nonstick-Countertop/dp/B001NXC65K/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1312330085&sr=8-6 The cheap version is only $20 on amazon. It can probably only cook 2 breasts at a time. the "family size" version is only $10 more.
The one with removable plates is a little more ($43) http://www.amazon.com/George-Foreman-GRP4-Grilleration-Removable/dp/B000309TJ0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1312330085&sr=8-1 but in my opinion it's worth it for the extra cooking space and the ability to clean it easily. I have one with fixed plates and it takes longer to clean than to cook something.
good luck!

Rodney Yee is awesome! :) He and his family actually did a family yoga routine that my kids enjoy doing with me and the hubby :) He is great for beginners but is also very good at showing the more complex routines in his other dvds.
I would suggest getting a Crock-Pot if you are up for it. I currently have http://www.amazon.com/Hamilton-Beach-Forget-6-Quart-Programmable/dp/B001AO2PXK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1312332306&sr=8-1 and it is definitely one of my best kitchen investments. There are tons of cheap and healthy meals that you can cook in a large batch. I tend to freeze half and eat the rest over the course of a week and it's perfect.
I would really like some reading companions for "Never Let Go" by Dan John. It's been on my must-read list for months.
Here is a book review from the "Worlds Strongest Librarian"

You should check out the natural cereal section at Vons. At least at the one near me, they have the tastiest cereal I've had that doesn't have HFCS, and usually give a certain amount of proceeds to charity. Also, it may be marketed for kids, but damnit this (specifically) is the tastiest all-natural cereal I've had and I highly recommend it if you can find it locally.
Animal, Vegetable, Miracle by Barbara Kingsolver. It's about being closer to the food you eat - eating seasonally, being conscious of where your food comes from and what goes into it. It also had tons of resources for eating locally, seasonal recipes etc.
