Full disclosure I had my local dealer ship put this on, unfortunately. The wiring requires splitting to mount in the harness (I suppose not difficult to do but it's beyond my time/ability). They charged 3 hours of labor. Had them remove the old blinkers as well. They added on a small resistor to decrease the blink speed. So far it works well, but I need to take it apart because they had to grind it down a little to make space and I want it a little cleaner inside.

I took the rubber pads off my footpegs and then I flipped my footpegs upside down and put a Jack Stand underneath each one, the bike will balance back and forth I propped up each side with some random stuff laying around (i used a bucket and a spray paint can lol)

It's def jerry rigged together, but a quick and cheap fix, also it's extremely sturdy.
My slip on came with the elbow piece. It was good a length but too big to fit in the end of the tip so I had to sand the paint off and bang it into the tip after I heated it up. Kind of a pain.
