We use a Platt soft sided tool case for all of out Tech I's. Each tech I has their own tool kit, and its inventoried every year around Christmas. Not pictured that is also included: plastic spudger and observation mirror. This tool kit covers most anything we would need in our environment. I might would include a bigger set of needle nose, but thats about it.

I picked up an affinity for tool kits like this when I was a copier technician.
