Almost all Netgear's have mounting holes in the back. Depending on what you are powering, it may not get much cheaper while supporting your needs

I searched and found this powered splitter

1x2 HDMI Splitter by OREI - 1 Port to 2 HDMI Display - Powered Splitter Ver 1.3 Certified for Full HD 1080P & 3D Support (One Input To Two Outputs) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005HXFARS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_9mg2CbVA3WRHN

The problem is it says for under 30 ft and for my tv to connect I’d need a cable that’s 59 ft. Do any powered splitters support that?

Then I would get one of the speakers. They are cheap and just connect to the F panel on your motherboard. I just keep mine on at all times. Here is what they are: SoundOriginal PC Motherboard Internal Speaker BIOS Alarm Buzzer (3pcs/Pack) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DM56TFY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_.iw4Db8EAJMSD
