They might delay the damage a bit. Or they might do nothing at all. No guarantee, it would depend heavily on the sunglasses.
They make specific safety glasses for lasers, and for certain wavelengths of lasers. OP said 960nm laser, so these for example wouldn't cut it because they're advertised for 190nm-490nm. These say 200-1400nm so they would work. (those are just random examples, I wouldn't buy either pair from Amazon because the chances of getting a knock-off or counterfeit product would be too risky)
Yes I discovered it for the first time 2 nights ago and I won 2 things in an hour. This, which isn't something I'd use but my girlfriend will. And this, which isn't my size but I'll just give it away.
Just a little fox piss in the cowl vents under their wipers should do the trick, especially when they need to use their A/C or heater.
EDIT: Follow the advice about using gloves. This stuff is strong, and there's no greater tell than walking around also smelling like fox piss.

Actually, Never Seez works really good for this. It won't harm anything, but she probably won't notice it for a while, and it will get EVERYWHERE. It's just graphite, though.
TSA in Seattle had a good laugh trying to figure put what the hell was in my carryon. Completely unidentifiable shape, unsimilar to any normal travel item, showed up on X Ray. They asked me what it was, I told them I had no idea. They searched and found one of these that had totally lost its shape. I saw it in a Daiso and thought it was funny.

I don’t feel like doing the component research to find every necessary piece for a functioning GPS tracker that reports via RF and a matching receiver, but you can find these components premade. All you have to do is wire them together, and code them.
Just make sure you leave a spray of Liquid Ass behind every time you leave the bathroom to add believability to the story. People will completely understanding and accomodative.

No its not. Tap water isnt portable, unless you buy a bottle for it. They cant say no to you buying water bottles. And a 24pack of bottled vodka is plenty of alcohol. Change out the Ethernet cable so a quick disconnect switch (item 1) sits connected to it. Then hook up two servo motors (items 2A and 2B) to an Arduino micro controller (item 3). Program the Arduino to actuate the servos to disconnect the internet then turn it back on about 15 seconds later, program it to do this about every 10 minutes nonstop. He will not get through a single game without disconnecting. Connecting items 2a and 2b to item 1 will require hot glue and or duct tape. Just tape item 3 to the back of item 1
