yes I can lol. Literally just did it on Saturday before we went to the pool. Thats the reason I knew off hand about how long it took me.

Non weighted pull ups and dips are super easy when you lift a lot. 30 push ups are also super easy.

I am not even in insane shape either. I would say just good shape.

I would say if that seems like a crazy workout to you in 15 mins you should buy this and use it.

I put that in my spare living room and its amazing for just hitting some quick exercise when you do not have time to go to the gym.

Oh darling I want to give you a big hug. Staring into a mirror and obsessing over every perceived flaw will only magnify them so it becomes all you can see. It's a very unhealthy thing to do and is really going to distort your body image. If you then compare it to the fake images carefully selected for social media then of course you will come up short. I'm sure you are much more attractive than you give yourself credit for. But most importantly you are you and you are a person deserving of love and worthy in your own right.

I would echo to stay away from social media and work on your self esteem and self love. Spend time developing interests you enjoy and do them instead of staring into mirrors, I would even go so far as to remove mirrors from your bedroom or wherever you spend most of your time. Take the focus away from your image.

I would really recommend some mindfulness to help calm your anxiety. This book really helped me, the daily meditations are short (5-10 minutes) so not a big time commitment but can gave big results.

Lush🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️ Full of irritating fragrances and botanicals and not worth the price. CeraVe is a bomb-ass, cheap moisturizer that is non-irritating and full of awesome ingredients. Deff my #1 recommendation.

With moisturizing, I’ve found that the key in layering several different products. Like you, I have to deal with dry, eczema prone skin in the harsh New England winters. After cleansing my skin with a gentle, lotion-type cleanser (CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser) I layer on an Asian “toner” which is basically just a watery moisturizer. I really like Hada Labo’s Gokujyun Premium because it has Urea in it which is great at both moisturizing and gently dissolving dead skin. After layering this lotion on a few times, I slap on some CeraVe Cream (not the lotion, the heavy duty cream) and then, if it’s before bed, I top it off with an occlusive layer of CeraVe Healing Ointment. some people like to use Vaseline but CeraVe Healing Ointment has a bunch of good stuff in it that Vaseline lacks.

In addition to this layering method, you should also be getting rid of any dead skin buildup. Some people like to use acids (Alpha Hydroxy, for example) for this purpose but they can be irritating so I like to use a konjac sponge.

If you want to get into anti-aging stuff, work on getting yoir skin to a point where it’s properly hydrated first. After that, you can dive into the magical world of retinoids! Hope this helps. Big shout out to r/SkincareAddiction!

I’m not OP but I use an eyebrow razor (like this one) to shave off my peach fuzz and I find that it grows back really soft. I shave it maybe once a month!
