Options are simple and extremely complex at the same time.
And it really depends what you want to do with them
If you are serious about learning options (and I think they are incredibly valuable) - I would strongly recommend picking up a book or three. Option for Rookies is a good start.

Neatest Little Guide to Stock Market Investing
I read a lot of books on investing, and trading. This was by far the shortest and most insightful. It's primarily focused on stocks but it will give you a really good foundation on some basic principles of buying and selling investment products.
