You can go on Amazon and buy silicone treadmill lube. It comes with a real long nozzle and works pretty good. I use it whenever my treadmill starts to stick on my foot strike. You basically turn off the treadmill then make a big zig zag of a bead of lube on each side of the treadmill between the belt and deck. Then turn it on for a fee minutes and let it run at about 3.5 to 6.

EDIT: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07MHKMR4N/ref=sspa_mw_detail_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEzRzkySVI1VVhHMzZHJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwOTYzODcxMjRVUzlDNTc1WDJTRSZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwMjYyNTIxMU5GUkgzUThKWkpKWCZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX3Bob25lX2RldGFpbCZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdA==

I like ones like that as an example because of the long nozzle let's you spread it around.

Tax credits for corporations are BS. Companies will often move plants from other locations, destroying jobs in those areas. And companies make decisions on opening a plant based on anticipated demand and the knowledge of workers in an area, so tax credits are unnecessary.Tax credits are also selective tax cuts that are made up by tax increases on other businesses, who are often competitors of the beneficiary of the tax credit.

[A good book] (http://www.amazon.com/The-Great-American-Jobs-Scam/dp/1576753158) and [a good paper] (http://www.unleashingcapitalismsc.org/pdf/chapter7.pdf) on the subject.

I can't stand wearing glasses and I don't like how F.lux looks, so I invested in some led strips along the back of my television and monitor to create a "bias lighting" effect. I think it helps and looks cool too, its like having a night light. You can get something like this or make your own: https://www.amazon.com/Antec-Halo-LED-Bias-Lighting/dp/B0053B347M

Easiest thing I can think of to accomplish that is to get some cheap photography softbox lights. Those things are bright af, they fill the whole room if you position them correctly and the light is very evenly white. Would that qualify?

It’s not this exact one but we have one like it. I don’t know what you mean by does it transfer data out but it pulls in probably 15 local channels for free. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078RG6DD7/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_6X2HAbPP0Q6WP

can you please explain then? I only read about this in a book that I am reading right now called The Big Questions in Science: The Quest to Solve the Great Unknowns

Ah, that's a good point there's a weasel word in there people are overlooking.

However:

You can overdose on dextromethorphan one of the active ingredients in Dayquil which was specifically mentioned by name by the OP.

https://www.amazon.com/Vicks-DayQuil-Multi-Symptom-Relief-LiquiCaps/dp/B005ZQP478?th=1

Take three of these packs, open them into a blender, add some nice fruit, ice and yogurt and enjoy ODing on this gross ass 50$ smoothie.

Edit: I have been informed you might need to use 6 or more packs to OD on that particular chemical and you might OD long before on some of the other ingredients so don't try and use this recreationally, it'd be bad.

Nail polish works, but I like earring post covers like this more.

If your holes are really tight, they might be uncomfortable at first, but I thought it was worth the effort of stretching mine. I can wear any earrings I want now, and its really easy to find surgical steel earrings in 18g (which isnt very big).

actually this works. gets you really high. you'll want to first dry it out for 2-3 weeks. then you've got to grind it, which you'll want to use somethign like this https://www.amazon.com/Chinese-Medicine-Electric-Pulverizer-Certification/dp/B01MG2FEGE. then you'll need to find a glass pipe to smoke it with. Then the most important step - that almost everyone does wrong, and why nobody thinks carrots get you high - is you've got to smoke the bowl using your anus. yep, just put it up there and pucker-up. You'll probably need your boy to light the bowl tho. no homo, no homo. good luck, OP!

I started "co-washing" which is pretty much smother your hair and head in conditioner and wash it away at the end of the shower.

You use shampoo about once every 2-3 weeks and deep condition once a month, other than that you just use conditioner. I have the hair type that this is supposed to be really difficult with but my hair is fantastic.

There's a middle ground though! There are lots of shampoos that don't contain the ingredients people warn about (I'm not into googling that info atm, this is from memory.) They work just fine.

I used this one for a year:

http://www.amazon.com/Hask-Almond-Oil-Thickening-Shampoo/dp/B00VU3JT7G

and I think using it for so long is what helped me transition to co-washing so easily.

>If it were truthful, of course.

B12 comes from microorganisms, not animals. I get my D3 from lichen.

Not sure you want to take creatine supplements, but as mammals, we have creatine and taurine ourselves.

DHA can be plant- or yeast-based.

Heme iron has negative effects (such as increased levels of heart disease) on the body, so I avoid it.

Thoughts?

Buy a safety razor (I recommend this) and a 100 ct pack of blades for about $10. Altogether, that’s about $40 and it’ll last you a year, if not more.

It's a timer. Replace every 40-50 gallons generally.

I use mine to fill 1 gallon fridge jugs like this (only 1 gallon not 2.5)

http://www.amazon.com/Arrow-Plastic-00744-Container-2-5-Gallon/dp/B008VET4Q8/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1411279469&sr=8-1&keywords=slim+water+jug

You can easily keep track of the number of fills with a dry erase or sticky note on the fridge and swap out your filter after about 40-50 fills.

Wikipedia suggests it's bullshit;

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satisfaction_with_Life_Index

I guess looking at the Wikipedia stats, it's plausible that if you group countries by dominate religion then Muslim wins, but all the top countries are secular, rather than religion dominated, and Islam would only be ahead of those if you're counting them as Christian because of all the low scoring developing world Christian countries.

This book (and he has an essay somewhere with the basic facts) shows that countries that have the lowest religious participation rates have the highest life satisfaction, life expectancy, education rates, and per capita wealth.

> Don’t brush while wet

I put shea butter in my hair while it’s still wet and pick it, but that’s only because its so hard to pick when it’s dry. When’s the optimal time to brush/comb/pick my hair?

I used to get caker sores a lot. This is the only remedy that works for me. It won’t heal it right away, but will allow me to eat a meal without too much pain.
