If your skin is feeling tight, that means it is dehydrated. I have dry/dehydrated skin as well and also used some of the cleansers (Cerave and hada labo) you listed without a problem. What I did to help with my dry skin is to use a hydrating toner and a good moisturizer to seal in the moisture.

Hydrating toner recommendation:
Isntree Hyaluronic acid toner
Hada Labo hyaluronic acid lotion Moist
Hada Labo Premium hyaluronic acid lotion

Moisturizer Recommendation:
Etude House Soon Jung intensive Cream
Cerave Moisturizing Cream (heavier cream. Don't use too much.)

If you're using a hyaluronic acid product and you live in a dry climate, make sure your face is damp before applying it and use a moisturizer before it all evaporates. If you're still having problems, try adding a facial oil as the last step of your skincare. I use the ordinary marula oil and it's been working great for me.
Sometimes your skin is dehydrated is because your skin barrier is damaged so you might want to look into a repairing cream or serum. I've only tried Dr. Belmeur Recovery Serum and it was so hydrating. I used it after toner and before moisturizer. Last but not least, don't forget to drink a lot of water.

This has been recently mentioned in the Rosacea sub as being helpful with redness. You should check there for recommendations too.

I've used innisfree's mint scaler before. I didn't especially notice a difference.

However one thing you must get is a shampoo brush. That actually does make a huge difference, your fingers will never be as good at massaging all the dead skin off. I recommend using a silicone one instead of a harsh plastic which might just tear the delicate skin.

I was recommended KAO success brush over 6 years ago and I still use it today. It's got different bristle shapes and the silicone is hard enough to be effective but won't scratch you. There's also a sensitive version that's lighter blue that's a more squishy silicone if your scalp needs it.

Hi there,

So last year I was diagnosed with stage 2 melanoma and as a result I had to have surgery. I wound up with a very large scar that stretched from my shoulder, down to my collar bone and up to the base of my neck.

I have been putting Vitamin E oil on the spot every night before bed for the past 10 months and it has lessened significantly. Some areas the cut lines are so thin they are almost gone!

My boyfriend's sister has spina bifida which has required a lot of surgeries in her lifetime. She said she has had the most success with Emu oil.

Edit: Before (right) and After (left). Sorry I couldn't find a decent before photo. Before the scar was raised (keloid) and had dark pigmentation. From 10 months of vitamin E oil, the scaring in all areas (bar a small lump at the thickest part) is now level with surrounding skin, that colour pigmentation is significantly reduced and the thickness of the scarring has also significantly reduced.

Tony Moly Chok Chok Green Tea Watery Cream has worked amazingly for my skin (oily, acne-prone) and I think even though it's intended to be used only as a moisturizer, the green tea in it has also helped reduce redness/reduce acne.
