There's a more expensive version that I think they just came out with. I would go with the $100 one because I think they fixed most of the bugs. Mine works fine and I bought it about 4 months ago.

You could also get a MHL cable to hook it up to a monitor or tv with HDMI and transfer the files manually to a micro SD card if you can't find an LCD for it. Here is one on Amazon for $10

Doesn't make sense to pay $300 for a used first gen Xbox One (non S) with a couple old games. You're probably going to have to settle for $150 or $200 unfortunately. Probably better of holding onto it.
