I use Artbin containers for vehicles, and official minifigure display cases for the figures.

Note that the figure cases I linked aren't the Dimensions ones - for the same price they hold 16 figures instead of 2! They're meant for the polybaggged minifigures, I think, but they work just as well. Most characters can fit in still on the toy tag, although some you have to remove it and tuck the tag behind them.

(The smallest Artbin containers are too small for figures - they fit but you have to remove accessories/hats. And figures seemed to rattle around in the normal ones I use for vehicles - and Skylanders - but they'd still work.)

So I just pre-ordered everything that I could find on Amazon. Hopefully some deals will drive the price down.

Most do. A few figures had to be made to sit down on their tags instead to fit in the small slots, with some minifigs that hold bigger accessories like the Wicked Witch having to sit in the slots I normally reserve for vehicles. Some of the wider or taller vehicles needed to be made to fit, either by folding certain pieces like the Invisible Jet's fins to make it more compact, or a few instances where actual deconstruction was involved, like taking the Samurai Mech off its post because it was too tall or putting the Eagle Interceptor next to its tag because the slots weren't deep enough. I barely managed to fit all the figures from Wave 1-7 into four cases, but you'll have to double up in a lot of slots to make it happen. They do make deeper containers, but they're really only helpful for the big vehicles, and aren't exactly ideal for the smaller ones or for minifigs.

Specifically, Gamer Kid's Arcade Machine will be able to be placed there and access whatever secrets it holds.

However, we don't know exactly what those secrets are, as the figures are not yet released. They will be released on March 15th, 2016.

You can find his product page here on amazon. (as a bonus, you can get it 20% off right now if you have Amazon Prime)

A couple of the organizers listed here are decent.

I use this Plano storage case.

The storage areas are adjustable, and if you size things right you will be able to fit ALL of Phase 1 in there (I have all of the dimensions sets and they fit) with a little room to spare. Phase 2....well that's another story. Also, in order to fit the tage have to be removed from some of the vehicles and almost none of the Ninjago vehicles stay together because they are too big so I have to pull side pieces off so they are compact enough.

We have been using this. Characters fit on top, vehicles fit in bottom.

Not sure how much will fit once the wave of xmas gifts come in, but it's working for the couple things we have now with plenty of room to spare.
