You say you have experience so I'm sure I'm just sounding like I think you're stupid, but I also feel the need to point it out:

.1mg is an ineffective dose of MDMA. I'm sure you meant .1g and .05g, which is 100mg and 50mg, respectively.

As for the rest--ive never taken supplements so I dont know what to tell you there. I find the trick to deal with anxiety on the comeup is to be doing something. I usually start up a game on my computer, and I'm just playing until it's like "whoah, I'm rolling." For extra fun, try a rhythm game--i spent my last comeup playing osu! which was a blast. You're having fun, and suddenly the music sounds way better and every combo you hit feels SO FUCKING SATISFYING. Of course, then you REALLY start rolling and your performance plummets and you know you made it to the good part of the drug.

If you get scared, you said you'll be with your three best friends, right? Tell them you're scared. Tell them you need some support. Have one of them just lay down with you and hold you. Or give you a shoulder rub (and, scared or not, if you somehow havent gotten a massage while rolling yet FUCKING DO IT IT WILL BLOW YOUR MIND).

Another thing I do is I make sure the softest blanket I own (it's one of those micro plush ones that is so damn soft) is freshly washed, and I put scent boosters in with it when I wash it so it smells good. Then if I'm feeling anxious, I wrap up in my blanket, smell the amazing citrusy smell, and let myself melt.

Also, something to keep in mind when you've got the comeup anxiety is that you know it happens every time, and you also know the amazing part that follows the comeup anxiety happens every time too. At least for me, once I'm up, all anxiety is banished. So I can tell myself "wait 90 minutes and if it's still bad, THEN start to worry about it."

Make sure you have plenty of good music ready! Also, Amazon has a lot of cheap roll party toys. LED balloons, LED strips (make sure they come with a controller!), and if you have an extra $35, I cant recommend this enough. Especially if any of you vape or you happen to have a fog machine. It took us a couple hours the first time I had that thing to realize if you blow your vape clouds at the lasers, it looks fucking insane.

And if you're one of those who isnt interested in this part, ignore it, but whip its while rolling is as close to heaven as you can get on this earth. Highly recommend trying that if you havent yet. I have a friend who says they're the only way she can deal with her comeup anxiety.

I'm constantly reposting this. Some may not apply to you and your sister, but try a variety of these things, but DEFINITELY the Turbo Hug. Let's kick this up a few notches.

BLOW-UP TRICKS (plus, get some scented massage oils beforehand):

1. Hot showers / hot tubs are the best, especially as you are starting to peak. Shower with Tea Tree / Peppermint shampoos / soaps if you have them.
   
   
2. After you get out of the shower, dry off MOST of the way, then stand naked in front of a fan running on low. Amazing.
   
   
3. You need to have your favorite music on - if possible, pull up a long concert video of your favorite artist / DJ on YouTube and have it playing in the background.
   
   
4. Trick: short bursts of push ups, squats, or bench presses if you have workout equipment and can do it safely. Push ups are GREAT.
   
   
5. Visuals are key, especially ones where you don't have to do anything. Idea: tape glowsticks to every fan blade of a ceiling fan, or tape really brightly colored paper strips to the bottom and shine a black light on it.
   
   
6. Black lights in general where you're hanging out is crucial for me.
   
   
7. Flavors! Minty stuff, tart stuff, sweet stuff.
   
   
8. If you can get the old style Vicks inhalers (looks like a white tube), inhale that through your nostrils. Vicks vapor rub under your nostrils (a dab on each side) is also fantastic.
   
   
9. If you have a private area outside, and it's a clear, cool night, go outside naked and look at the stars.
   
   
10. Turbo Hug - this one you'll want to do with them a few times:
    
    Sit facing each other (within a foot, their legs draped over yours) in an open area with pillows behind you.
    
    Take several deep breaths (3-5), then you both hold your breath and hug each other as hard as you can. Hold it a few seconds and you'll start to get light-headed - hold it until you almost can't stand it.
    
    Breathe out together, let go, and fall back on the pillows. Remain there for about a minute.
    
    When you speak of me, speak well.
    
    That'll do! Remember: drink no alcohol, take some Noopept if you can get it an hour beforehand along with TUMs to lower stomach acidity, and take 5HTP/EGCg for a week after to recharge. Have fun!

Nitrous is legal to possess, but illegal to use as an inebriant (in the US). I'm not sure what it's legal status in Mexico is.

Normally, these are used to make whipped cream at coffee shops or cake stores. You pour cream and sugar into the canister, then "charge" the canister with nitrous oxide. Nitrous chargers look like a CO2 cartridges, except they're filled with nitrous oxide instead of CO2. They typically come in boxes of 24. Once pressurized with nitrous charger, the cream and sugar mixture emerges as a thick cream foam when you pull the trigger.

However, for recreational purposes, you skip the whipped cream, and simply load the dispenser with pure nitrous oxide gas. You can then either suck the gas directly from the canister or blow up balloons with the gas. (If you use balloons, you can rebreathe the nitrous, which extends the experience and conserves on gas.) As far as when to use it, I'd say it's good to use any time after you've come up. People tend to like it a lot, so be sure to stock many boxes and boxes of chargers, especially if it's a big party.

It has a very good safety profile. It's used as an anesthetic for children and old people. The main cause of injury is people who get wobbly and fall down. So, best to use in a padded environment, low to the ground. It has a low addiction potential (though I've known some people who got addicted). If you get addicted, the main risk is that you will suffer vitamin B12 depletion, which in turn leads to peripheral neuropathy (constant pain in fingers and toes). But you have to use boxes and boxes over months at a time for that to happen.

Visually, nitrous potentiates the effects of psychdelics/MDMA. Lights seem brighter, you often see tracers, and the whole world is bathed in a warm glow. It's very similar to the slo-mo scenes in the movie Dredd (note, some of the scenes in this clip are pretty violent):

3. Just have an open mind, words cannot describe the feeling and you will know what i mean after this weekend. A few notes below to help you on your first time.
   
   Eat a light lunch and skip dinner. Having a full stomach not only will mess with timing but could also make you not peak at all.
   
   Remember to drink water but ALSO REMEMBER TO PEE!! MDMA is a vascular constrictor and you won't know when you want/need to pee. So make sure you pee a few times if its a long festival. Use the buddy system as in you go in port-a-potty first he waits right outside then he goes and you wait.
   
   Its common to throw up or feel overwhelmed during the come up (30-60 mins after dropping), don't worry you will feel better after throwing up and still have a great roll.
   
   During the come up/peak some people like to move others like to sit, try different things to better understand how your own body reacts to it.
   
   *There is alot of advice on supplements the 3 key ones i recommend is magnesium pre (helps with jaw clenching) and 5-htp + green tea extract post to restore serotonin. Gum also helps so bring a back in, menthol cigs are amazing when your roll. (I only smoke when i roll)

Also, lots of pillows, hyper comfy blankets. Like (expensive (pro tip: go to home goods and they are magically cheap)) fur ones. Girls love that shit.

Music is a must obviously. Get music that you both love. Decide beforehand if you want sweet sensual love making, or crazy make-my-ass-bleed-daddy sex. Then curate a playlist to that mood.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, for me, setting has always been the most important factor.

A few rules of thumb:

1 Test your stuff (even if it you trust your friend). Many "ecstasy" is cut with adulterants which is what causes most of the problems and its bad name in media. If you can, try to get crystal as a pill is harder to measure and has more chance of being cut with something. 3. Start with a dose (in mg) of 1.5 times your body weight in kg. This is a safe dose with maximum effects and is highly unlikely to cause any problems. For most people the right dosage is in between 90-150mg. After a certain point you have reached maximum euphoria and taking more MDMA will increase the risk of adverse effects, or brain damaging. With doses of 1.5mg/kg you really don't have to worry about damaging your brain.

4. If you wish to do it again, try to stick to a 3 month interval. This is to allow your brain to replenish its happiness reserves. It's wise to stick to this.

5. Supplements are advisable, though not 100% necessary. Some ginger extract and magnesium are nice to make the roll more comfortable (for nausea and jaw clenching respectively). Antioxidants reduce neurotoxicity. Full list of supplements at https://rollsafe.org/mdma-supplements/.

6. Even if you get very thirsty, don't drink too much water. 2 glasses of water every hour is a good rule of thumb.

7. Things to enjoy the roll:

good company (ideally people who you care a lot about and don't mind spilling your life story to)

music (make a playlist beforehand, any music will sound absolutely amazing, so make sure you have a playlist of at least 5 hours. you don't wanna be operating electronics on MD, that's a waste of a roll, trust me I speak from experience haha)

this scale is close to perfect. As close as you can get to accuracy for this price. It'll be off at most by .01 which lets you accurately dose a point within 100-110 mg's. (A point being exactly 100mg's. So at most with this scale you'd be getting approximately 110mg's.) YMMV

I wouldn't use OJ as its acidic and will increase your stomach acidity and decrease absorbtion. Take one or two TUM's or Rolaids or whatever you happen to have available 30 minutes prior to use. This will decrease stomach acidity and increase absorption.

WHITE (this is important) Grapefruit juice the day before will also increase absorbtion as it inhibits the CYP3A4 enzyme and (without going into too much science) will increase bioavailability which means you get a little more bang for your buck. This should be done the day before so your stomach is not too acidic. Again, TUMS are great for preventing acidity. Whole black peppercorn will also help with bioavailability.

If you're too lazy to buy a scale, licking the tip of your finger and dipping in MDMA is USUALLY close to a point.

I SAY USUALLY BECAUSE THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO KNOW WITHOUT GETTING A SCALE DUE TO THE FACT MDMA COMES IN SO MANY DIFFERENT CONSISTENCIES.

You could be taking anywhere from 2 points to a half point with this method. No way of knowing without using a scale at least once on this particular batch.

Gel caps are cheap also, and they are a much more efficient way of ingesting MDMA. A small pack will last you a lifetime.

I just purchased this kit a few days ago and it's the best I've ever seen. It has almost every reagent you'll ever need, as well nice color charts for every reagent. It's on the pricey side, but I feel you can't put a price on safety.

I also highly recomend you get a robadope reagent kit. It's the only way to test for PMA, PMMA, which is the shit that kills people, and it's also the easiest method in my opinion to test for MDA and amphetamine. However only a few reagent sellers stock them.

I'm going to try to be as detailed as possible.

The best way to take crystals:

Preparation:

• Buy a reagent test kit to make sure what you have has MDXX in it and rule out the most harmful substances. These can be bought over Amazon or via Reagent Testing UK (Marquis is most often seen as the most important one though I strongly suggest to get the kit)
  
  
• Buy a microgram scale, the following one is recommended by most people: on Amazon Germany or Amazon UK
  
  
• If you want to crush them yourself, I would recommend buying a cheap mortar and pestle on Amazon Germany or Amazon UK
  
  
• If you want to put them into gelatin capsules, you can buy for example size 1 gel caps from Amazon Germany or Amazon UK

  Dosing:
  
  First of all: do some research about the specific dosing you want to take. I know of the two most common ways:
  
  
• Use your scale to weigh the amount you want, then divide it into the doses you like, weighing every dosage carefully.
  
  
• Dissolve the amount of MDMA you have in a 1:1 ratio of MDMA in mg to water in ml. Dissolve the MDMA in the water and then divide the liquid into the amount you want.
  If you have 1g (1000mg) of MDMA and you dissolve it in 1 litre (1000ml) of water, every 100ml of water will contain 100mg of MDMA

  Methods of taking:
  
  

1. Nasal a.k.a. insufflated a.k.a. rail it. Grind it into powder, weigh your dose and snort it.
   
   
2. Oral you have a couple of different options.

• You can dissolve the amount you want in liquid (coca cola, Gatorade, anything with a sweet taste) and drink it.
  
  
• You can parachute or bomb it, this can be done with rolling papers or with toilet paper/tissues. It can be done like this or like this. You just take it as you would take a pill. Due to the acidity in your stomach, it doesn't matter if the crystals are finely ground or not.
  
  
  

3. Rectal a.k.a. anal a.k.a. boof it. This means dissolving it in liquid (such as distilled water) and insert the liquid anally with a soft syringe. Don't forget to use lube

Some people are more tactile when they roll so having interesting things to touch can be really interesting. My wife loves manipulating putty because of the sensation and says it feels very satisfying. A great type to get is any type labeled "thinking putty" as they are usually much higher quality and are marketed for adults. I have braces as well and I have to tell you the gurning and clenching really does a number on your cheeks and inner lips. We can't chew gum either because it gets stuck in the brackets and just strings up.

I would highly recommend getting some chelated magnesium so that it is absorbed easily. It helps immensely with the gurning.

Two great scales are the American Weigh AWS-100 (which does 100g x .01 increments) and the American Weigh Gemini-20 (20g x .001). As always, the more precise it is the better, but the AWS-100 will most likely work fine, but I recommend the Gemini if you can.

If you're really patient and short on scale money, you can dose fairly accurately with a cheaper .1 scale that most people have. For the 50mg doses, just try to weigh out .1 the best you can, and split it in half as accurately as possible. Worst case scenario you're off 10mg, which isn't a big deal.

But that's just if you can't buy your own scale/you have to use a friend's. Here is a good and very cheap scale that weighs in milligrams. Probably your best option.

The only problem I see with these kinds of pills is you're not supposed to take 5HTP before, during, or even after comedown. You gotta wait to take it like 6-8 hours after you've fully sobered up. Everything else I can see being beneficial though

Check how accurate the scale is. You want one that shows milligrams. The difference between 110mg and 190mg is very considerable but they will both show up as 0.1g on most cheap scales. Look for the gemini-20 on Amazon, its the most recommended milligram scale.
