My advice as well. Doesn't even have to be a big fucking one, though. This is a good fly-b-gone with some really decent power, and the base allows for various mounting options.

Thank you folks for all your advice...

I moved from the Merrimack Valley which IMHO had much milder weather than other parts of New England...and i was very spoiled I lived in a secure house on a hill on the same grid as the emergency response... the only time i was out of my house was the blizzard of 78, and that was only because we had had a fire. So i was never the one who needed assistance.. I joined the Community Emergency Response Team because of that. I have done 25 years of animal rescue and had been training in Emergency Shelter Accommodations for pets.

I wrote a book for bugging out with pets because there wasn't one. It's on Amazon for .99 ebook. The Ultimate Bug Out Bag for Pets Evacuating with Pets, Short-term and Zombie Apocalypse! apparently hyperbole is advocated in prepper material

Since you have been so helpful, I am offering it as a free download for the rest of the month of November at my website You may find it a little useful.

Thank you.

Get a dash mount to hold your phone. I use this one that clips into my air vent. Makes it much easier to glance over and check map directions, and if you do get a call or text, at least you can see who it's from to figure out if it's worth pulling over to respond.

Try a SuperRadio, they are very good at picking up distant signals.

The only equipment we used in this video was the [Phantom 3 Pro] (https://www.amazon.com/DJI-Phantom-Professional-Quadcopter-Camera/dp/B00VSITBJO/ref=redir_mobile_desktop?ie=UTF8&dpID=41gE6Dy9e%2BL&dpPl=1&keywords=dji%20phantom%203%20pro&pi=SX200_QL40&qid=1467992220&ref=plSrch&ref_=mp_s_a_1_1&sr=8-1) which is $799. The equipment for all of our videos is always in the description. We also use a Phantom 3 Advanced in some of our videos which is a few hundred dollars cheaper, here are some videos for comparison [1] (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m7r8_Pkj7tw) , [2] (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ZIeVHACL7Y). There are some others too on our channel so you should check them out.

Hmm. Any idea the price of the tubbs? I saw some different brand there the other day, but it was over $100 I believe.

I'm considering no name aluminum frames from Ocean State for $40, or these https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00GWFNEMS/

We will only be going in the woods with them, but the woods here consist of some pretty moderate hills, not really flat.

Well I'm going to have to figure that out... The clothing store I bought all the pairs from closed after decades of business. Doing a Google image search shows me some that look identical. I'm probably just try an alternative.

Update: these look awfully similar. Northstar Mens Deerskin Musher Mitt Tan/Black Nylon, Lined 3M Thinsulate 063 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FM7MLZ8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_1dXYBbHZR0X2R
