Well you'd need a new graphics card and cpu.. but to upgrade cpu... you'd need a new motherboard which means new ram aswell... and on top of that a new psu to power it all .. which basically the entire computer.. so costly~~
Unless someone can think of a decent cpu that fits the same socket..~~
Edit: ok after some digging this is what we got:~~CPU: Intel X6800

You might want to consider a bigger hard drive maybe an ssd, also the gpu I suggested is most certainly overkill for everything else and mightnt work but it's only to give an idea for now.. I'm not even sure how well the x6800 will perform, hopefully someone more in the known can add to thisedit: i was talking rubbish
So, that motherboard you selected supports an m.2 drive.
Maybe look into using a 1tb Samsung 960 EVO or 1tb 960 pro. It's basically an SSD in a different physical form factor (mounts on the motherboard for data and power, so less space needed for it), and I believe uses a different bus than SATA, so it's also faster and doesn't take away from your bandwidth to those drives (might give you better shadowplay performance if you're recording to a SATA drive?). It's the same type of drive higher end ultrabooks and the Intel NUCs use these days.
I used the 850 when I rebuilt my computer a year or so ago, and it impressed me with the OS bootup time.
Here's how to solve your audio problems.
You'll need to pic up a Lav Mic and a portable audio recorder. I'd recommend a Rhode Smartlav and a Zoom H2
The mic clips onto your shirt and plugs into the recorder. You set your recording levels and other settings like sample rate and bitrate (may take some experimenting to find your ideal setup), hit record, slip the recorder in your pocket and do your thing.
Afterwards you should have a decent quality sound file you can drop into your video editor and sync up with your footage.
One note is that it's easiest to sync up the audio track to the footage by having another microphone in the room recording you just like you did in this video, but make sure it's recording to a separate audio layer than the game audio so you can delete it and be left with just the game audio and the Lav track.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Under-Eagle-Eagles-Empire-1/dp/0755349709 That is the first book in a great series. Fiction, but very enjoyable.
Just a controller tip: it is absolutely viable to use xbox 360 controllers on PC games; most games in the last few years "just work" out of the box, and Windows will happily recognize a wired xbox 360 controller.
If you want to use your wireless xbox 360 controllers with the PC, you need a USB wireless receiver, which used to be available by itself but isn't anymore; to get one, you can either buy a "xbox controller for pc" - http://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-Xbox-Wireless-Controller-Windows/dp/B004QRKWKQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1416305410&sr=8-1&keywords=xbox+controller+pc+wireless - which comes with the receiver - or, there are a bunch of knockoff receivers on amazon and ebay.
remember that the wireless controller itself is exactly the same for "xbox" or "pc" - the only difference is the receiver.
