Ive used my Logitech g602 for a few years now and quite enjoy it. I prefer having thumb buttons rather than pinky/ring buttons which is why I enjoy it. I also have large hands and the only thing I dislike about the mouse is that there is nowhere to put my pinky, which may be a deal breaker for you. I'm not sure if I would buy it again when it inevitably, but its what I use and I haven't encountered any major problems while gaming/editing/producing/daily activity. Might not fit your needs but I hope it helps the search!

The main thing that turned me off from the 602 was too many thumb buttons. At least with, say, the Razer Naga Hex is that they're arranged around the thumb rather than all together.
I got myself a GSkill Ripjaws and another g300, but I think I'm also going to get a G502 Proteus and give one of the others to my girlfriend. The g402 and g903 were also pretty tempting, but I have to stop browsing mice....
