Full disclosure - I am not military, just an outdoors enthusiast. Your requirements may vary.
I have had the AWGM100B-1ACR for four years now and it has been basically indestructible. The Tough Solar works well, it never gets below "medium" on the battery indicator. I like analog hands since you can use them as a rough improvised compass. This watch isn't giant like most of the G-Shock line, so I find it to look much nicer than many of the G-Shocks you see, as well as being more comfortable to wear. It can't really track or log your runs as it's a pretty basic watch, but it does have stopwatch/split timer functionality so it's not totally useless for that. The downside for your requirements would be the backlight - I don't think it's really that bright, but the hands are luminous without the backlight although they need to charge during the day as they aren't tritium. They last a fair amount of time on a charge though. Personally I keep the backlight turned off. I don't like the auto-on functionality and it is a big drain on the battery. The atomic time sync is nice as it keeps the time correct without having to mess around with setting it.
Questions let me know. Good luck!

Pretty sure that's what you're looking for and I agree with the guy above, the rubber has been peeled off. I've worn out many pairs of those exact gloves on the job over the years (not an operator operating operationally on operations, more of a mechanic mechanicing mechanically on mechanics) and the rubber generally starts to peel off at the tips of the fingers and is actually pretty stiff. It peels and sticks off like a claw and for me, since it snags every time I try to put my hand in my pocket for a wrench or screwdriver, it's annoying and slows me down on the job. For anyone handling firearms it could be quite more than annoying if you're operating the controls on your weapon and those little extra fingers are hitting and snagging things they shouldn't. I can't really recommend these gloves since there's so many better options out there.
I wear these pretty much exclusively now and they're a much better glove; https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B007INZVHO/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1494520261&sr=8-4&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=mechanix+tactical+gloves&dpPl=1&dpID=51X-vZoJljL&ref=plSrch
My Luminox has held up very well; waterproof, tritium beads on the hour and minute hand, a 25 year guarantee, and it looks cool as fuck. Kinda pricey, but you can save money by purchasing one with a NATO strap and upgrade to something nicer when you have more cash.

It looks exactly like this except that instead of the 3 nylon straps, well you have the laces :)
I used this Helikon Trooper Soft Shell
I find it very comfortable, it breathes well, and I can wear it with several layers underneath in winter on none in summer.
This is another great casio watch, the thermometer is not very accurate but the compass works quite well.

Well Irl_url right is right about the Russian Grad 2.
But not sure you will be able to get this one for a reasonable price.
I looked on some website, and surprisingly, I found two chest rigs very close to the one you are looking for.
\> Condor Ronin Tactique Chest Rig ( Olive color )
\> CONDOR MCR7-008 Ronin Chest Rig ( MultiCam )

For the pouches you can get them on Amazon, or purchase them on different website as Evike Shop or Uk Tactical ( and millions others ).

Just google "tactical headset and have a look around. This is what I fond after only 2 mins: https://www.amazon.com/WISHRING-Tactical-Miltary-Bowman-Headset/dp/B011AY2HG4/ref=sr_1_17?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1485605278&sr=1-17&refinements=p_n_feature_keywords_browse-bin%3A2892212011
The one shown here seems to be the Condor variant. The original design is the Blackhawk! S.T.R.I.K.E. hydration system carrier.
Looks like a cheap Condor hydration carrier. (I have one).

I've been wearing this softshell for 2 years. Its not super heavy, but it's pretty weather proof. I don't know what your location is but if you don't normally expect a ton a bad weather then you might want to consider this jacket. I've had a good experience with this jacket. I will say that the hood is really large, so it folds up weird. I've heard other people have had issues with the zippers.
I'm assuming you mean this one: http://www.amazon.com/Condor-Summit-Lightweight-Jacket-609-002-L/dp/B007WY025K/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1418949661&sr=8-1
Looks solid, but I also found this in suggested items: http://www.amazon.com/TRU-SPEC-Tactical-Softshell-Jacket-Medium/dp/B009LQ1MXI/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1418949833&sr=8-5
How do you think the two compare as far as thickness go, if you can make an educated guess?
here is the ones we used
