Simple answer... the LUK 07-202 kit. Good Brand, great price, very complete.

We needed a clutch kit a couple years ago on our 2006 v6 and the LUK kit was the most complete OEM type clutch (and a good brand). The later v6's have a dual mass (not easily turned) flywheel so this kit having the flywheel is great.

The feel is OEM like and no issues with the install. We only have about 43k miles on the clutch kit so I can't speak for it's true longevity

Hey, I did some quick googlin and found this website. http://www.mustangii.net/service.asp
Have you picked up a Haynes or Chilton repair manual? Might be a good idea because they are full of useful diagrams and can get you going in the right direction by providing proper part names. Also, search Obsolete Ford Parts and a number of websites pop up. Good luck again.

Another thing, to try and help diagnose other things though, I got the free version of the torque app on my phone along with this obd2 scan tool. (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005NLQAHS/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_KSaHub1Q96KSM). It'll let you see the readout of how your car is running plus read any codes. it might help you pin point where your cars problem originates

Welp start with the absolute basics. Check the fuses for the head lights. Then check the bulbs. If both of those are ok. Then I'd use a multimeter to check for power to the bulb in the connector when the headlight switch is pulled. If no power at connection. You need to go under the dash and check for power to the switch. Power to the switch good? Then switch is bad. There could still be wiring to the headlights that's been damaged. However that's pretty rare for the age of our cars.

The end.

Multimeter that's good and inexpensive.

If I'm understanding correctly, you have rounded off bolts?

They sell tools for that. For example, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000P0TZZG

Remove and replace with new 7mm bolts.

Front or rear?

If it's front, just change the whole endlink. I recently changed mine to moog, so I could have grease fittings.

I got these. You will need to reuse your factory hardware bolts. The ones supplied are cheap and will strip out before tightening to spec. It’s a shame considering the calipers are about $100 each. Other than that, they are nice and shiny after about 6 months and driving around the beach a few weeks. No rust. I paired them with drilled and slotted rotors. My girl will stop on a dime now. I have 180,000 miles and it was just giving up when I would brake. Replacing the rotors, brakes, and calipers made it stop and look like new.
