Amiami is my go-to site for Nendoroids. Their shipping is a little bit on the pricier side but it’s usually fast as hell (same week for most of my orders) and you know that what you’re getting is 100% legit.
Back before I discovered Amiami though, I did order a fair number of Nendoroids off of Amazon, including my Megumin one- this is usually pretty risky due to the high number of bootlegs out there, but I got mine through this vendor and it’s completely legit. However, it’s definitely on the more expensive side so it may just be cheaper to go through Amiami.
I don’t know much about the site your links are from, but at least in the first link the background in the photos looks like someone’s home, so my guess is that these low prices are due to the figures being pre-owned. If that’s fine with you it might be worth going with them for the price.
It looks good to me. I don't like the sticker on the front window.

From what I know, the sticky plascticizer will not become an issue for a long time if they’re stored in their boxes.
But, I use a plastic crafts box to store my pieces! Typically they let you move around the dividers, which is where I put bigger accessories. Plus, you can open it up once in a while to let everything breath all at once.
