And I’m currently reading Strong As A Mother. I really like it so far. It has three sections, pregnancy, the first year, and continuing motherhood. I’m having some struggles with mood and having a two week old alone since my husband is always on trips for work and that I didn’t have a great birth experience. We have a Fisher-Price Stow n’Go . It’s super light and portable, you take the legs out, it’s folds down and comes with its own travel bag for carrying.
I think a large majority of people use an infant car seat for the first year or so that can be removed from the base so baby can easily be toted into appts and things.
