  • LL Bean Maine Isle Flip-Flops (which I've had for probably 5 years and wear the shit out of every summer - they showed me just how terrible the Old Navy flip-flops were), and Toms when I don't want flip-flops
  • A bunch of stuff from PattyBoutik's maternity line (this shirt in particular is wonderful and I look forward to wearing it at least weekly when the temp drops again closer to my due date!)

I recommend an enema bulb! It's really old school, but my oh my. It never fails with me. I've had one for like two years now, totally feel like a hippy but my doctors say that's better than laxatives which can irritate the bowels and cause addiction. But what do I know! Stomachs are weird!
I'm so glad for your touchdown! I wish you many more!

-hugs- I had bad acne as a teenager, and I got quite a bit as soon as I got pregnant, mostly around my mouth, but also on my cheeks. It's eased up a lot now that I'm in the second trimester; I'm not sure if that's because of hormonal changes, or if it's because I added this cream to my routine. It was recommended as an extra-gentle alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) by r/skincareaddiction, and my skin seems to love it. WebMD and babycenter.com also state that AHAs are ok in small topical amounts during pregnancy (standard i'm not a doctor disclaimer).

I didn't use it every day at first because it can be a tiny bit drying, and I only use a tiny amount in the places where I'm prone to breaking out. I got the travel size of it and it's lasting a really long time. It's cheap and they may have it at your local pharmacy/target. Might be worth a try? https://www.amazon.com/Ponds-Rejuveness-Anti-Wrinkle-Cream-Travel/dp/B00ZAKLKE0

I just got a kindred bravely dress / nightgown. It's both maternity and nursing... IT'S SO SOFT AND COMFORTABLE. I'm going to live in this thing.

Support stockings are your friend. I ordered a bunch on Amazon on the suggestion of a few RNs at work, and the swelling is minimal! They come with different strengths of compression though so assuming you're fine, you shouldn't get more than 15-20 mm Hg. Staying hydrated of course is also important.

That achy feeling I got a lot towards the end of my previous pregnancies, belt never helped that but it can't hurt to try as it certainly helps me in other areas. In fact I get the same swollen feeling when I would get my period (for the first few days) after having my kids. Never had it beforehand and it lessened as the years went by. Just a heads up that it may continue in the future.

Edit:

Forgot to add the belt that I have. I like it quite a lot but it doesn't relieve this pain you mentioned, for me anyway.

We put this one from Fisher Price on our registry - it's unisex enough so SO and I can both use it, and it should be perfect to suit our adventurous needs 😊 https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B008YZOH1Q/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1500995682&sr=8-1&keywords=fisher+price+sporty+diaper+backpack

Just the same Freya that I wear normally, but now in the correct size for my pregnant body!

I assumed I'd need to get a non-wired bra or some other form of specialist maternity bra, but /r/ABraThatFits disagrees and just says to do the normal measuring for your current size and make sure to pick a bra that rates high for comfort. I got measured at Bravissimo years ago and I love this style of Freya for everyday wear, but my old size had started cutting in at the band and my boobs were spilling out over the top! :D

I originally had the snoogle but exchanged it for the back and body pillow, which I like much better. As you can see, this pillow hugs you on both sides. It's been hot as hell here lately and the pillow hasn't made anything worse. I sleep with a fan pointed toward me and haven't woken up overheating. I highly recommend this one if you toss and turn a lot like I do.

I'm really relieved to hear I'm not alone in that. I'm very pale too, so that's a good point! I did find one dress on amazon that fits nicely (though it's a bit tight in the arms, I'll take it!), so there's hope for us.

Thanks! Shelves came from Amazon. Here is the link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LY5QZDG

They were fairly easy to assemble and pretty sturdy/well-made for the price. We replaced the drawer handle on the bottom with something a little more stylish to match the dresser.

SAME. My boyfriend bought me one of these and it's been amazing. When I'm home and know I'm not going anywhere, I'll just close all the blinds and be naked in front of the fan drinking buttloads of water and playing video games.

CAN IT BE FALL YET PLEASE

I have the same problem with one of my cats. We've had luck in the past with this pheromone stuff, but it doesn't fix everything. We've ended up just locking her in a room by herself with a litter box. Seems to have fully solved her anxiety. My husband works from home in that room with her so she still gets attention.

If you haven't tried before, this stuff has been great for us. It doesn't work for every problem/cat, but I had a lot of luck with it. Sorry you have to deal with this, I know how heartbreaking and frustrating it is.

I'm planning on pads with huge comfy granny panties. I bought a couple packs of these on Amazon, and they're super soft and big. I think they'll do the job nicely with some overnight pads.

PSA: get a bath pillow.

I’ve been so achy and all that helps are epsom salt baths (with a fair share of lush bath bombs for smells). But I was getting uncomfortable and fidgety. I’ve always been skeptical of bath pillows, but no more!!!

I have to call my insurance to see what the free option is. (I'm definitely going with the free option.) I think it's a Medela. And then I was planning on ordering the Freemie collection cups https://www.amazon.com/Freemie-Collection-Cups-Concealable-Funnels/dp/B00UV6JDN8.

I bought some awesome nursing bras on Amazon!!! I can't wear regular bras due to back pain but I grew out of my sports bras and my SIL suggested these . They are amazing!
