Check out the Garmin Forerunner 15. It's discontinued, but you can still get it from Amazon and probably other online stores. It has a GPS outdoor running mode and a watch/fitness tracker mode and can't connect to anything without a cable.

I have the second book. It's ok. Not bad, not great. Mostly common sense stuff.

I've got the following in my Amazon cart:

Game over: Strategies for Redirecting Inmate Deception https://www.amazon.com/dp/1569911606/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_OUTzzbNSPJ44J

Officer Survival for Correctional Officers https://www.amazon.com/dp/1542616654/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_XVTzzbZPAWNW5

And

What Every BODY is Saying: An Ex-FBI Agent’s Guide to Speed-Reading People https://www.amazon.com/dp/0061438294/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_OWTzzbVRZZNBG

I also want to read Verbal Judo. I've got a copy of "Conflict Communication" that I need to finish reading. It's just really dry. I can't get in to it.

5hr energy (not extra strength), don't sit (unless you absolutely have to), keep moving. Also these things work really good if you take em a couple hours early, I actually used to take em apart and dump out a little less than half. Pro tip: do NOT take on an empty stomach!

But nothing beats getting a good night's (or day's) rest. These things may keep you awake but your awareness and reaction time will be for shit.
