I have a 6 in fan in the top corner moving air. I have a wet rag hanging from the top bars. That's a Young Living humidifier (lol). And that bowl of water. I've been using this small oil filled heater in my 2x4x5 for almost 4 months now. I'm also running a 600W LED light during the day. Between the two it keeps temps between 66-84f, depending on outside temps that day.
My tent is in my basement, so it's not crazy cold down there but a little. I've added rigid foam insulation around the outside of my tent, which helps keep the heat in the tent.

So far it's worked fine. No flicker or abnormally hot, etc. Seems fairly well constructed and I've been running it for the past 8 days 24/0 with no issues.
