Not a bad build at all! I adhere to the RGB philosophy too but make the RGB doesn't get prioritized over part quality especially. Especially with the case.

Two suggestions: 1) Have you considered a full tower? They're great for heat dispersal and for leaving room open for modifying the PC. 2) Personal recommendation for cooling solution is this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XX8Q1CL/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I used it in my new RTX 2080 build last week and it's been fantastic. The highest the GPU temp has spiked is 55 C, even when playing modern games on ultra while streaming.

I was actually going to link you in my previous comment but since we have different cases im not too sure if the bracket support im using will be compatible with your case because of the small clearance it has between the GPU and the power supply housing. This is the one i use https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079HSVSLR/ref=sspa_dk_detail_0?psc=1&pd_rd_i=B079HSVSLR&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_p=f52e26da-1287-4616-824b-efc564ff75a4&pf_rd_r=NBMZ5NCAG055C0TXE1CA&pd_rd_wg=wSvEM&pf_rd_s=desktop-dp-sims&pf_rd_t=40701&pd_rd_w=7mVSg&pf_rd_i=desktop-dp-sims&pd_rd_r=18c244cc-d637-11e8-a8d6-f512c823c951 Maybe you could use it.

No worries though i found you this one that might be better for your build. https://www.amazon.com/Graphics-Support-Holder-Gaming-Bitcoin/dp/B01DQK7DDW I do highly recommend it. Your GPU is the most expensive part of your computer and you dont want its connectors to snap off from the back of the case or the motherboard.

Hope that helps. Feel free to ask anything else.

They make this same pc but with a gtx 1060 as well which is basically the same as the rx580 but it cost a little more an doesn’t run as hot. But this is exactly what I owned and still have all the parts to. Not every game will run on max settings but you can definitely run games on good settings an get good frames

EDIT: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0757DVF4Z/ref=sspa_mw_detail_0?ie=UTF8&psc=1&th=1
This is the gtx1060 also includes ssd if you wanna spend a little more

I would recommend this. I have this exact model and i love it. the colors are amazing. seriously once you use an IPS panel you cant go back to the regular ones. Actually even the cheaper version of the pixio, the 269.99 one uses a hybrid. its not an IPS but its not a TN either. My brother has that one and i honestly can tell the difference in our monitors only slightly in certain situations during game.

I'd recommend maybe a gtx 1060 if you're sticking to 1080x1920 monitors, and spend maybe a little more on a better motherboard, for better cooling and overclocking performance, and also better esthetics, maybe this:
