comment content: I'm also assuming that you are still learning makeup basics, so here's a list of a few things that I think would make a solid set which you can find on amazon or, most likely, at your local drugstore and won't break the bank:
In total, all this will run you about $100. Not cheap and I'm sure others have better suggestions but I hope this helps a bit.
