I carry this one wherever I go:

It doesn't come with rubber cement though. I like to put rubber cement on the rubber plug strings before I insert them into the tire so I also bought some small tubes of rubber cement to keep in the case with the rest of the tools.
I've used this kit more times than I care to count over the past 100K miles and it's always worked for me. The plastic case on mine is pretty beat up from banging around in my top case while riding off road so I use tape to make sure it stays shut under harsh conditions.
look like I just want the license plate mount not a 'fender eliminator.'
edit: something like this would be fine, not sure if it'll fit though http://www.amazon.com/1997-2004-Eliminator-License-Aluminum-Motorcycle/dp/B004PC5FQI
all i can find for the 02 600 is the axel mount, which I am not a fan of.
I've seen those on amazon as well. The R/R's on gsxr's are right behind the radiator's. This cooks them pretty fast. I have thought about relocating the R/R but i don't have the power tools to make a bracket. The location of these R/R's are so shitty in the first place I'm tempted to not risk it and just get a MOSFET designed one from Rick's motorsport electrics. Having a battery almost explode under me is just a little unsettling where it might be worth the money.
I use Tourmaster Flex Pants, tourmaster transition 3 jacket, sidi gt boots with alpaca socks or snowboarding socks, balaclava ( lots of different ones depending on the weather), Tourmaster Cold tex 2.0 gloves, thermals (typically nothing over them) and heated grips. I can ride into the 20's on my DRZ (winter bike). Beyond that, I really don't care to ride.

The connectors are normally off the shelf waterproof pin sets. You should be able to find them searching for the pin count and the gauge of the wire used.
I have this:

No complaints, I can hear it clearly through earbuds.
EDIT: SOMEONE IS SHADOWBANNED AGAIN!
