I would recommend something like this:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077ZMVG3M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_ce8IAb0NGFKT9

I've bought similar boxes from Amazon with the S912 chip and they all work great. If you want the best and dont mind paying a few hundred dollars, look for an Nvidia Shield.

>im in Argentina

you lucky so-and-so. :D

I'm in Texas, where we also worship at the Altar of Beef. I've been dying to visit your neck of the woods ever since I read Chef Mallmann's Seven Fires. I'm pretty sure you're the only other people on the planet that truly know how to cook beef right.

oh ive had experience with them before. I used gameboy emulator which was the best because gameboy only has like 3 controls so its perfect for pc. The only issues with snes emulator is the controls for it. I guess https://www.amazon.com/BUFFALO-2145487-Classic-USB-Gamepad/dp/B002B9XB0E/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1506522240&sr=8-4&keywords=snes+controller

this would suffice. Yes you're right about saving anywhere. Especially games like contra....

>I don't want to shell out $50 for a 1 TB hard drive.

Why? Storage is incredibly cheap now and it's only getting cheaper.

>I was wondering if there are any online backup solutions that are pirate friendly?

Build a NAS.

>I know that sounds weird, but I'm seriously considering just buying an online storage locker, like something with 10 TB of storage or something, and call it good. Might be cheaper in the long run than having to buy more and more external hard drives.

It does considering a 4TB HD is less than $150. For $300 you can store your own collection 6.5 times over. For an extra $50 you can get an enclosure so you don't even have to crack open your tower.

Compare that with most online storage options. Unless you're downloading truly prodigious amounts of music, 10TB is hardcore overkill. You'll probably pay between $50-$80/year for most "unlimited" storage options (I put that in quotes because, as the people at r/DataHoarder will tell you, unlimited always has limits). Plus you have the fun of pissing off your ISP by uploading 600 GB worth of data over your internet connection which is likely going to take several days unless you spring for a more expensive option and get a drive shipped to you that you fill up and ship back.

Or you can be really baller and put together your own NAS. It takes some work but the end result is well worth it. You can do it for a few hundred, have access to your stuff wherever you are, stream it from your own device, and store everything with no problem.

Yes, You need to enable the skill and link your Plex account.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01NBB1INY

Example: Alexa ask plex to play "More than a feeling" .... Alexa responds with "Playing More than a feeling by Boston"

You can also create Playlist and have ask to play them.

Drives made for "NAS" or "Enterprise" operations are a good idea. The people on /r/DataHoarder will give recommendations, but generally the WD Red, SeaGate IronWolf, or "enterprise" class drives are what you're after. I used to buy external USB drives and then remove the enclosure, but that gets you drives that are meant for backup use and not 24/7 operation, so those tend to die prematurely.

Just ordered a pair of these guys, they're supposed to be good :)

personally have a nas drive can make a cheap one out of raspberry pi ( will cost money), the cheapest way would be buy a second hand hard drive and put this into a caddy. Or save up and buy a NAS enclosure and put some big disks in there all in all 1tb drives of ebay maybe £15-£30 3.5 enclosure maybe £10 all in all 1tb = £25 - £40. NAS Enclosure second hand on ebay buffalo NAS £50 without any disks for a two bay you can then do raid to ether extend two drives or for redundancy in case one of the drives fail. link for nas drive in case you are interested http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Buffalo-Linkstation-LS220D-/262609758997?hash=item3d24c2eb15:g:UbIAAOSwMgdXzHh6

Just curious, do you know about The 8088 Project Book? According to this page on Helm PCB, it is much more useful than Walter's.

I did my fair share of searching around and found a copy at a community college library about 200 miles away (but near where I grew up). You may want to look into searching around local libraries (typically they can exchange/share between many libraries in your area, so make sure and include other libraries in your search, if that's an option).
Edit: Here's where you can search libraries near you, assuming you're in the US.

On a side note: I have never in my life seen a single bluray that doesn't provide the original audio language of the film. I also checked OFDB just to be sure and there doesn't seem to be a version without original audio for 2001 anyways.

Are you sure you didn't get ripped off? ;)

Also: Buy the Stanley Kubrick: Visionary Filmmaker Collection. It's fairly cheap and has all major movies (with the exception of Dr. Strangelove) plus the fantastic documentary 'Stanley Kubrick: A Life in Pictures'. All for less than 30 bucks.

Edit: Oh, and a little booklet. Nothing special, but nice to have :)

Ah, I see. Then you might want to get one of these. I got the exact same one from this seller (nds-card.com) and it works wonderfully on my DS Lite and DSi. Simply add the card firmware & your games to a FAT32-formatted memory card and play.

You'll also want to get one of these as well; a Micro SD card. I have a 32GB in mine, and I'm able to hold roughly 106 300MB-sized games.

Hi, don't mean to bug you, but could you point me in the right direction? I've been looking for this book that was published in '97, but I can't find it on any of the popular torrent sites. Thanks!

Buy that HDCP Stripper then also you need to Buy an mDP to HDMI Cable! This will make things much easier you won’t need any adapters. Then You might have an HDMI Cable Lying around but if you don’t buy one, they do all usually support 4K just look for the HDMI 2.0a or 2.0b. Then take the HDMI to HDMI Cable and plug one end into the GTX 1080s HDMI Output, then plug the other end of that HDMI into the Input of that HDCP Stripper or the end that says HDCP 2.2! Then take the HDMI to mDP and plug the HDMI into the HDCP 1.4 Output and the mDP into the Monitor! Power everything up and hopefully it’s all working and there will be no HDCP Issues! And btw this is piracy nonetheless hehehe ;) If i had this sort of Tech I’d be WEBRipping UltraHD Netflix and Uploading to Trackers!

Thank you for your post. It sounds like I should upgrade my hardware (and also do a better job with my selections)

My CPU is only an Intel Core i5-6600K LGA1151 and the blu-ray drive I have is shown here (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00E6ZAZ8W/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 )

If you could find this one, I'd be super stoked and grateful.
