I just decided to buy the Xyron 1.5" sticker maker. It's so cheap ($8 on Amazon), and can theoretically make 96 full size EC/Happy Planner sized boxes with just the sticker tape it comes with. Each replacement is $5 on Amazon. I'm betting because of empty space where you tear the stickers, I'll get closer to ~75-85 boxes, but I'm also going to make flags and embellishments and other stickers with it. It's a GREAT alternative to the Silhouette/Cricut diecutters.

You can still print, cut, and make your own stickers. You can even stick them on wax paper and have your own sticker sheets. But you aren't dropping $150-$300 on a machine to cut them. Use your scissors and stash your extra pennies away in the meantime.

Edit: In the meantime of having no sticker making solutions, I've been printing on regular 20# paper, and cutting things out, and gluing them down using my Avery Permanent Glue Stic. On larger stickers (bigger than 3" in any dimension) I DO get a little warping. I correct it by putting my pages under a heavy stack of books for a few hours while the glue completely dries.

I also use the Elmers Craft Bond Repositionable Glue Stick which does not have any warping problem, but that is not permanent and I prefer permanence.

If you have an inkjet printer, be sure your glue is not super wet, or the ink will run! I haven't had this problem on either glue stick.

I don't know of any stores, but I make my washi thinner by sticking long strips of it to some wax paper and using a paper trimmer to slice it down to size. Then I just cut it to size when needed.

This is the trimmer I use

Sorry for the shitty link. I'm on mobile.
